Thank you to those who gave me advice, i recently hit 145lbs BW, i retested my maxes, i hit 205lb squat, i hit a 135lb bench and also i calculated my 1rm and my program also said my new 1rm should be around 150lbs, trap bar deadlift 265- so likely like a 240 deadlift or so.
I'm seeing some body progress but my arms, shoulders, and calves are beings stubborn, so I'm adding special days for them. I'm hoping my wrists and joints will grow bigger with age.

I'm working with some powerlifters at my gym and they're saying there's a youth powerlifting comp in july and if I train hard enough I can likely compete- I'm still using a program but also using tips from them- i'll update in july and show progress then. I'm aiming for 170lb bw now.
