Misc I've been having oats/protein/peanut butter breakfast for years like a fkin robot, and I want a change, I just go on autopilot in the morning
What do you eat in the morning?
Eggs just take longer to prepare
I'm cutting so skipping breakfast and doing some sort of intermittent fasting is an option

Learn to make omelettes or frittatas. I can make an omelette in like 2 minutes and endless options for cheeses and fillings. If you are super lazy crack an egg into a glass cup with a flat bottom. Pop in microwave for about a minute for each egg. Makes a patty like an egg mcmuffin, throw it between an english muffin and pop a piece of cheese on top.

Let's see, today and yesterday I had freshly made pita bread with Labneh and Zatar. I had Irish steelcut oatmeal a few days ago. I'll probably have some Mekitsa this week topped with ham and Bulgarian goats milk white cheese, and others topped with jam or toasted walnuts and honey. I have some biscuit dough resting in the fridge for tomorrow. So I'll make biscuits and gravy. Since that's sort of heavy, I'll make a classic French omelette with fresh herbs (we have some chervil that's ready) on monday or Tuesday.

TBH I've been skipping breakfast, opting for a big meal in the evening SRS - sometimes some low Calories snacks before bed though.
But my go to would be:
Scrambled Eggs - 4 eggs, little skim milk, little fat free cheese, mixed in a microwave.
Kashi Go cereal - cereal with some skim milk. Good protein and fiber, but some carbs you gotta tolerate.
I used to be into Kodiak pancakes but too lazy to deal with that, and I usually let sugar free maple syrup expire it takes me so long to finish the bottle.
PB2 Toast - Get some wheat bread slices, toast with a little butter, put some PB2 mix on it while toasting. Can also ditch the butter entirely and just toast w/ toaster oven and then put in microwave for a few with PB2 mix in between like a sandwich. Good protein and fiber, tastes surprisingly good.i7-14700k

This is just one option but they have others that can make the eggs come out like they do in an Egg McMuffin so I sometimes make homemade egg McMuffins...Whole wheat or multigrain English Muffins, Two eggs with some cheese it's simple and filling and you can pretty much make anything in these things.In Hoots We Trust.
