Interesting he is from PA. A bunch of pages ago someone posted something that some reddit or 4chan nerd posted. Took still images from a video of the white car. Altered it to get the look of the person and a hat they were wearing, and it had a big P on it similar to a Pirates hat. I thought it was a reach, but damn... that miscer/reddit/4channer might have been right on.

Could be a larper, but woods/PA is very specific given the distance
