Not really, carnivore meat is generally pretty groce, especially when you cross with a scavenger opportunistic garbage eater like a dog. Toxins in carnivores are also at peak from biomagnification through trophic levels, so there is a real reason why eating a pig or cow is generally better than eating a dog. Not to mention cow and pig and animals like that live in controlled conditions where the animal and the meat have a level of quality control and inspection vs some rando dog in a Chinese wet market
