Summer had just started after my 8th grade year. A friend’s mom took a whole carload of us to see it. We were blown away. We had never seen anything like it.

Satellite twin on campus over at OU…first week of summer and mom took me and my cousins. Was incredible. I only saw the others on TV…which was nothing like it is now. Was utterly amazed.

Locked doors and windows (at all times not being used) with alarm/sensors on all doors and accessible windows, always armed at night/when away/when staying inside and not opening things for long time, and with the chime feature enabled to let you know whenever something is opened even when not set, along with reinforcing doorjambs and using better locks etc, goes a long way towards not worrying about whether or not you have a gun physically on you in your own home

all of these things are good, but so is always having a semi auto rifle next to you when you are home.

Are you still up in Washington? Any plans to leave after their new anti-gun bills passed? I was just up there for a week and a half (go every summer to climb), it's sad how ****ty of a state the people make it.

Probably thinking of the Phantom Menace which came out in 1999. With Darth Maul. That was the first one I saw, I went with my dad to see it when I was 8 years old. I was hooked.

yea im still in WA, and it sucks seeing gun rights constantly get attacked. no plans to leave any time soon, but if it gets bad enough here i might. the state itself is beautiful, especially in the puget sound area, but the cities are disgusting, especially seattle.

Mandalorian has been good so far, and good enough to make Boba's watchable. Let's hope D doesn't totally F the Mando series like all the other new sht that tends to be just plain stupid and make no sense (other than Rogue One, it's as good as anything)

ive never watched mandalorian but ive heard good things about. im apprehensive about disney in general though, because theyve proven themselves to be far leftist progressive. and like RThoe said back in the day, i dont like supporting companies that hate me.

I just booked two appointments on back to back days with my artist who is guest working up in Portland (he's from Spain) in a couple months. I also have two lowers and two cans on the way. You could always do both.

Depends what it is.

Gunbroker: It will sell. Wide audience. If it's something less common, probably belongs there. Simple in that you don't have to worry about who you're dealing with, get paid, then ship the gun to their FFL.

Local message forum: Best value for mundane stuff like mass market guns because no middleman or shipping/FFL expenses. Post in the equivalent of EE, or find what people by you use (here it's the outdoors trader) and meet someone, require that they show you a carry permit for sale in the listing to weed out, then meet at like a Costco parking lot or whatever.

Trade in to LGS towards a purchase: Worst value, least work, how badly you get ripped varies by the LGS and your relationship with them/what you're spending

A free message board would help you avoid the gunbroker fees, and works fine if its a main stream item or if the board is focused on the niche. Gunbroker is probably the most straightforward.
