Look at my profile picture- i flexed my arm so you see my low amount of muscle. If you couldnt tell from the image, my belly sticks out and folds on the belly button despite me being underweight and having a low bfp. How do i fix this?

Gain overall lean mass. You are very underweight, which makes you disproportionate. Your stomach isn't actually that big. The rest of you is just small.

Maybe OP needs to build core strength too? Building lean mass overall makes sense though, I’m not sure.

2.) Bench
3.) Squat
4.) Deadlit
5.) Come back in five weeks if the problem is still there.Bench: 350
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505
