Weight is down again this morning...180.4
My training is slowly improving.
The weight used for sets is increasing but nothing near what I used to be able to do.
I'm slowly finding ways to get around the shoulder mobility issue, one exercise at a time.
Back day today;
Seated VG Rows
WG BB Shrugs
FM Lat Pulldown.
Standing FM High Row.
Cardio
20min. Upright bike.She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Yeah, every morning as soon as I wake up. Generally around 4 am or so. I eat the same things everyday. But instead of eating the 2 Quest bars I was allowing myself each day I've been eating like 4-6 lmao.
Luckily the quest bars are only like 200 calories a piece. But an extra 500-800 calories can break a cut.

This. Now I focus on the healing of kidneys from the diet/fasting lmao but the shreds are up there on the list. Two weeks until I’m off to FL and body is coming together. Shoulder is tweaked a bit which sucks ass but I just started tb500 for my kidneys so hopefully it helps heal the shoulder, too. The Ferrari 458 I am trying to purchase down in FL goes in for a pre purchase inspection Friday ... if that goes well I might have it waiting for me with temp plates for when I arrive .... feel like a kid on Christmas Eve lol

This. Quest got sued years ago for having higher calories and way lower protein than the label claimed (I wanna say that Quest was found to have like 5 grams of protein, might as well have a snickers)

There are bars that are third party tested that have what they claim. Outright bar from tigerfitness for instance. They used to have a "Tiger Tested" list where they listed companies that allowed tigerfitness to do third party testing and even posted the results (The three proteins that passed were MTS, Optimum nutrition, and Dymatize for protein btw). I also wanna say that the One bars from Oh Yeah . And tbh One bars kick the chit out of Quest for taste and texture
