Look at the previous thread: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=179060631 and you'll get the idea. People usually just post their weight progress and such, but if you want to post before/after photos, then feel free to do so.

Can't wait! Goal is going to be 154lbs, which should be the end of my cut. Finished the last thread at 170.4lbs so that's about 16lbs to go. Will surely be higher on the 1st due to all the christmas and new years food making me hold onto water but that's okay haha.

I'm in.
When I get weighed on the 1st January it will likely be the highest i've weighed since my obese teen days (before crash dieting to skinny fat and slowly inflating back to overweight.)
Anyway I know now to lift weights and track my macros this time around so i'm looking forward to what 2021 has to bring.
In the mean time, have a great Christmas everyone. See you in the new year.

I'm up 2.5kg already from our last weigh in on the 23rd 😆 GAINS 😆
I had plenty of food and beer the last 4 days.
Enjoyed myself though, I feel so guilty but life goes on. Luckily I'm off work this week so going to put in the hard work and shift this water weight so hopefully new years day I'm something more like what I was on the 23rd.
Either way my target at the end of this cut must be 90kg no excuses.

I am in as well. Been a while since I’ve been on one of these. Over a year ago I was 187 pounds in November made it to 155 pounds in may and maintained 155-157 until September and now probably around 164 was aiming to bulk too but want to get down to 150 for the summer. I think 155 is a good target for end of March. Good luck everyone I’ll be weighing in on the first.

Count me in for this 2021 challenge.
2020 was not good for me, but of course it could have been worse. With all the stuff going on and getting hit with covid over the holidays I'm ready to make a change. 2020 I tried but just did not stick with it. Hope to make 2021 a better year and hope it will be better than 2020.

Finished the last thread at 76.8kg (169lb) and put some weight on over the Xmas - New Years period, as expected. Goal should be relatively easy, but I'm on holidays until Feb and won't start my diet until then. Aiming to maintain for now.

Ready to rock and roll after my New years party last night. Had quite a few bottles of budweiser, lots of pizza and chicken plus other bad stuff.
Unfortunately my first weigh in is quite high most likely due to water retention. So might be a big drop next friday or the one after.
Set a huge goal of 90kg as thats genuinely what I feel I can make if I push myself.
Going to set my calories around 2200 and my protein around 200g.
Gym 3 or 4 times a week with push pull legs split and a goal of 10 to 15k steps a day everyday.
Happy new year to all the old and new cutters! Hard work 💪👌

Finished last thread at 77,4kg (170,3lbs), weight has been fluctuating between that and a couple lbs higher but I haven't gained much. I've never experienced water weight variance like I see some folks here anyway.

Goal weight is supposed to be the end of the cut, I'll have to see how I look then. I'm not very confident I can quite reach it as it'll get tougher as I get leaner, but I lost about the same amount of weigh last thread, so we'll see. I'm also hoping I'll achieve the look I'm going for earlier than that so who knows lol.Brazilian Crew |<o>|
