Not sure about that one, I know the CAP/Valor ones with a similar design people seem to like. But if I were in the market for a hex I'd go for this, another design from Rick at Edge....

I liked the rackable hex trap bar. My old training partner has one and the build quality is solid and I appreciate the knurl, even if it's not as sharp as I would prefer.

Good for deadlifting, Karwoski rows, carries.

    https://www.titan.fitness/strength/b...v2/430077.html

They have done several flash sales on this for about $200.

MIne came marked for a 3x3 but had one for a 2x3 in the box.

If it takes rogue it should also take this attachment

It’s great for the price at long as you get the right one. I just ordered a loading pin for it as well

Titan's 3"x3" is actually 75mm which will likely make it very snug on the legend rack assuming it is a true 3"x3". I ran into this issue with my Reflex rack true 3" x 3" and Rep j-hooks 75mm x 75mm. I made it work with copious amounts of 3 in 1 oil and a rubber mallet. Over time I was able to move them by hand. Also what is hole size on the Legend 3133, it looks bigger in pictures than the ~5/8" on the X-3's.

good to know thanks, off hand I am not sure what size the legend's holes are. don't think I want to break out the oil and mallet just for a wrist roller. Maybe the rogue would be a better fit, but of course its more money. Disappointing- I was ready to pull the trigger....

Anyone know what happened to the 3x2 monolifts from their website? There's not even an out of stock page anymore. Have they been discontinued permanently?

Finally broke down when the sale was back on last night for $111 and bought the Seal Row bar. Excited to test it out, should go well with the Ironmaster bench for chest supported rows and I'm still thinking it might be a good barbell for front squats (using the handles like a safety squat bar).

    https://www.titan.fitness/strength/b...v2/430076.html

Similar to BWTG's front squat bar....

curious to your thoughts on this bar.
I do chest support rows all the time, mostly with dumbbells, but sometimes facing the power rack, j-cups on the lowest slot and bar in place. works out pretty good but range of motion is still limited a bit with bar hitting backside of bench. If I had known there was a sale last night I probably would have pulled the trigger too,

I'm thinking another application for the handles would be good mornings, which is not something I typically load up with heavy weight.

Could turn out to be an interesting barbell!

Prices skyrocketed though; a base flatfoot x-3 now costs around 650, and no longer includes any safeties.

For perspective, when I bought mine in June '19, a base flatfoot cost 475 (on a sale; remember SALES). It came with safeties, and I used the points to get a free set of 4 plate holders.

    Those were the days,

Does suck, but to be fair, 22% of all US dollars in circulation were printed by the Fed this year. Hyper inflation is to be expected going forward.

Could the price increase explain the skyrocket we have seen in quality control for some of their items? Saw the email today about the new release of the flat foot for this year, pictures make it look on par with REP/Rogue, maybe they are trying to officially ditch the poverty QC reputation and replace REP as the 'Best Value' brand.

    titan.fitness/racks/rack-accessories/adjustable-handle-pull-up-bar-%E2%80%93-rack-mounted/400839.html

Is this a new product? Can't find any info on it outside of their site. Pretty tempting for a fully adjustable pullup setup. Looks a bit thin all around though. I'm kinda peeved my door jamb pullup bar has more pullup variations than my rack currently.

Quick update, Seal Row bar arrived and I'm seriously impressed with Titan right now! The packaging was really well done, and the quality of the bar for what I paid is pretty incredible. Guess I wasn't expecting a solid piece of steel, even the sleeves appear to be solid and not hollow tubes like I expected. The powder coat is very nice, and the knurling on the handles are surprisingly clean. My first impression of this bar is its an absolute steal! It's rack able on my Legend, the handles are a good width apart for front squats, it didn't feel hateful on my back for good mornings, and of course I expect this to perform well for bent over rows. Was messing around with using it for hammer curls, might be more uses for this speciality bar than I originally thought. I'll get some pics up tomorrow, some scuffs in the powder coat but for $111 shipped I'm a happy camper.

Very nice finish, gritty powder coat.

Surprisingly clean, nice semi-aggressive depth for pulling.

Good amount of clearance on each side, this is about even.

Solid bar, was NOT expecting that!

Not beautiful but not ugly either....

Some scuffs and blemishes, this one was the worst.

Here is an interesting comparison photo, between Rogue's powder coat and Titan. They feel quite similar, Rogue appears to be a shade darker than Titan but other than that they feel pretty much the same with Rogue maybe a little smoother. But I've used the Rogue handles for a good while so maybe that's knocked a little of the grit off the handles. Excited to use this today, I had some trouble getting full ROM using the IM Pro so I'll probably have to elevate the bench and use 25's instead of 45's.

^Seal row looks nice. That's an exercise I've never tried.

I ordered a scratch and dent rickshaw this weekend. I probably won't get a chance to use it for carries until spring unless the snow keeps staying away, but I'll definitely try it for deadlifts over the winter.

Congrats, hopefully it's in decent shape. I was really close to picking up one of those too. Between the clearance section, sales, and scratch and Dent that stupid Titan site will be the death of me LOL.

Belt squat came back in stock. Thanks to the experiences in this thread regarding it, I've placed my order for one.

Definitely was an impulse purchase. So far the scratch and dent stuff I've picked up has all looked just like normal Titan stuff. Chipped powdercoat and shoddy packaging, but otherwise what it's supposed to be. Hopefully the rickshaw is the same story.

Absolutely, I've had a couple ideas for chest supported rows using the IM Pro and my Legend rack. The prone method across the rack safeties feels flipping awesome, maybe this will encourage someone to make a metal version. I've got a couple extra pads lying around and some thicker wood planks to beef it up, might actually use it for rows after all!

Couldn't you just use the collars on the barbell and DIY it?
