Just typed out a whole fucckking post and then got 'access denied' and it vanished. Swear to god this isn't my day. Not sure about target weight tbh given that I've lost about 5lb from my last progress photo and look no different may have to travel down to the 70kg territory but we'll see
Today
74.4kg/164lbs so water weight has stabilized somewhat. Bodyweight measurements have been silly for the past couple of days.
Workout
BBOHP 52kg/115lb: 5, 5, 5, 5 (glad I'm still maintaining this)
Upright row 15kg/33lb DBs: 10, 10, 10
Narrow reverse grip BOR 59.5kg/131lb: 8, 6, 6
Neutral grip pullup BW: 8, 6, 5
Lat raises 10kg/22lb plates: 10, 10, 10
Narrow grip pressups SS with BB curls 27kg/60lb: two sets of each with some number of reps
Nutrition
2 chocolate Weetabix and semi milk + 50g of Whey
THREE COCKTAIL SAUSAGES!!!!
Bowl of leftover homemade gumbo (so awesome on a cold day)
Will have a jacket (baked) potato with BBQ mince, sour cream, salsa and cheese later (a creation I invented yesterday)

73.4kg/161.8lb today. Still wild bouncing but am definitely back on theway downwards. Feel like I've found my focus again so now just grinding to the finish. Suspect I may need to go back down to 70kg. Always have made the same mistake of underestimating how much I will want to lose. Thought maybe I could just drop of 10-15lbs and resume mass gain but once I'm here I might as well keep on going
Will be lower day later if I can muster the energy (I'm sure I will).
That progress picture looked way more shredded on my phone lol, transferring and uploading it has messed with the contrastSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

I scare myself sometimes with how close to the edge I live daily. Almost had a bowl of cereal just now... luckily that insanity passed and I'm ok now
cheers bro! just want dem clear lines if I get lower than 70kg I'm going to accept that I'm still too scrawny for decent lean-itySomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Today
No idea about weight, weekend wasn't fantastic but wasn't off the rails either, doubt I was in a deficit. Still feeling pretty motivated though. Weirdly I feel as motivated now as I did a the beginning of my cut again. Perhaps it was the couple of 'lost weeks' I had which got it out of my system
Workout
Actually having really awesome workouts at the moment. Feel like I'm getting stronger but not necessarily in terms of progressing on weight, more just endurance and giving loads of energy and intensity to my workouts
DB bench press (no racks free):
25kg/55lb: 15
30kg/66lb: 8
35kg/77lb: 6
37.5kg/83lb: 3
35kg/77lb: 4
30kg/66lb: 8
Wide grip pullups BW: 6, 6, 6
Face pulls 30kg/66lb: 10, 12, 12
Back squat 70kg/154lb: 6, 6, 6
Wide grip BOR 60kg/132lb: 7, 7, 7, 5
Pushdowns SS with cable curls: 2 sets of a bunch of reps on some weight or other
Nutrition
2 Chocolate weetabix and semi milk + 50g Whey
1 bowl of gumbo
Will have salmon, rice and spinach for dinner (gotta be healthy sometimes)
May have an additional snack or some more protein, not sureSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Today
73.1kg/161.2lb. Seems I'm still doing something right. To be honest I probably went a bit under calories and missed some of my protein target yesterday, may have caused a bit of a water dump, either way I'll take it
Will be a rest day today as was something of a full body yesterday and feel fried
Nutrition
50g whey
Another bowl of gumbo will be for lunch (christ I made way too much)

Cheers mmaan, my first attempt at gumbo, probs F-ed the whole thing up but was still delicious and even better reheated! Used Chorizo instead of more traditional sausages but we have pretty poverty sausage selection in UK supermarkets :/
Yeah man don't believe in clean eating or 'chicken and broccoli'. Gotta eat what you enjoy or you'll inevitably either give up or fail to maintain your fat loss after
Nowhere near some of your eats though, god you make me so jealous. I actually used to live up in Seattle (well Kirkland) when I was a young'un I miss itSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Ha ha! Thanks!
Yeah. I'll do the chicken and broccoli, but I gotta balance it out with some savory eats, which certainly helps toward both sanity and sustainability.
Serious? I live in Kirkland! I'm up on Finn Hill, north of Juanita. I grew up in Bellevue. The whole Eastside - and Seattle, really - has changed so damn much, but it's still a nice place to live.Diligence, patience, persistence.

Thing I miss the most over there is the seasons. Everyone says Washington is really rainy but I remember really sunny sunners, brown autumns, snowy winters, green springs. England is more just dreary and grey most of the time with some variations in temperature throughout the year and a bit of sun in the summer maybe lol.
73.1kg again today! If this goes on another several days will have to drop my consumption as may have stalled but I dont think so. Either I had a big water drop and the water is refilling as the fat drops to balance it or my TDEE has gone through the floor which is unlikely. Tbh my counting may be a bit off recently

Today
72.6kg/160lb, got my drop finally. Had an ok weekend with good deficits on Friday and Sunday and only one bad day on Saturday (booze and lots of snacks). Had a migraine on Sunday which helped me keep the calories low, couldn't stomach much. God I hate migraines.
Workout
Covid hotspot in the neighborhood where my gym is and lockdown starting on Thursday so am going to have to start getting used to home workouts again. RIP good leg workouts. Plus side is that as I'm working from home can spread my workouts out again to two upper/lower splits. Getting annoyed with full body + U/L.
Bench press (variety of sets getting used to different weights on my home bench again, god I hate it) May switch to weighted pressups again.
Wide grip BOR: 62kg/137lb: 6, 6, 8
Rear flies 10kg/22lb plates: 8, 8, 10
Wide grip pullups BW: 8, 6, 6, 6
Narrow grip pushups BW + 10kg/22lb: 12, 10, 10
BB curls 27kg/60lb: some number of sets and reps
Weighted situps BW+10kg/22lb: some number of sets and reps
Nutrition
2 weetabix and semi milk + 50g whey
Last bowl of gumbo
Handful of mini cheese crackers

Thanks guys, god they suck. I find weirdly though after the first couple of hours of stabbing pain and vomiting, I come to a weird peaceful state where the pain is less and I can just lie there, it's weird
Today
71.9kg/158.6lb today. God that's a drop and a half. Imagine it's water, didn't eat much yesterday evening. Hopefully it'll even out at an ok weight.
Workout
Having to go with volume for squats for lack of a rack!
Back squat 52kg/115lb: 10, 10, 10, 10
May have to leave it at that, my back is having some very unpleasant pains!
Nutrition
50g Whey
Rest of the day I wont be eating as am going to Toby Carvery tonight!!! If any of you have been you know what I'm f*cking talking aboutSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Today
Had a bad day yesterday, had a very physically exhausting field trial with work and although I was very active I definitely lost control of food. Definitely far exceeded 5000 calories including drinking in the evening after too! Am going to go pretty low today to reverse a bit of the damage!
Workout
In a hurry so cbf to list weights but they weren't great due to hangover
OHP 4x5
Pendlay row 3x10
Upright row 3x8
Leg elevated pressups 4x10
Lat raises 3x8
Neutral grip pullups 4x5
Nutrition
2 and a half (the half only had one slice of bread) cheese, ham and mayo sandwiches
4x dark chocolate orange segments (omfg)
50g Whey

Haha indeed, I try not to bother regretting bad days, I know that 1-2 good days will have me feeling motivated again! I've been encountering many problems with chocolate, apple and blackberry crumble and ice cream this weekend but have still managed to come out on top
71.8kg/158.4lb today
I think If I reach 70kg and am not where I want to be it is definitely time to reverse gears. That's around another 4lb, fingers crossed chapsSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Was 72kg yesterday, 72.1kg/159lb today. Today is rest day but will give update on yesterday:
Yesterday
as mentioned 72kg
workout
RDL 52kg/115lb
Hack squat (may replace back squat with this until I can get back in a gym) 52kg/115lb: 10, 10 10
Lunges BW +30kg/66lb: 6, 6, 6
Calf raises 47kg/104lb: 20, 20
My back is feeling much stronger and I may be able to support some less childish weights on things like squat variations, RDLs and BORs but while I'm still cutting I'm just going to stay static and keep on reinforcing my posterior chain movement pathways. Once I move on to strength gain again and I'm actually really building the muscles back up (rather than weakening them in a deficit), then I may begin to reach back to decent weights (slowly)
Nutrition
Have literally forgotten already. probably some combination of sandwiches, leftover chilli, whey and chocolateSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'
