Decided to cut weight and get lean and will use this log to post my daily weight fluctuations and will post weekly pictures of my progress. I am doing this to hold myself accountable. I started lifting 6 month ago as skinny fat but got serious about 4 month ago and went for a bulk rather than a cut first. Now my plan is to cut and get lean and then will go for a long term lean bulk thereafter. Thanks for reading.

Went to new gym yesterday after working out at home for last 4 month. Session went well and it was great to be in power cage after using that shaky squat rack at home for so long.

You've got to book an hour slot with this covid thing so i booked the last slot at 8pm til 9pm. Only about 3 or 4 other people. I think the capacity is 30 people in the gym so virtually empty. Couldn't tell you what its like through peak times but i do know i could have booked any slot any time through the day so it was never full

Cheers mate yeah it is crazy the fluctuations. I should be able to get a good idea of what my tdee is in a couple weeks see if i need to tweak the calories a bit or keep it the same. So far so good though. Weight dropping and ive got good energy levels. Ive been eating most of my calories later on in the day which controls my appetite and lets me still enjoy a larger meal still. Ive been working out at 8pm so ive been having a nice carb rich meal about 5pm
