I'm a high school football player trying to gain mass for next szn and just bought a barbell with 300 lbs total weight of all my plates since all gyms are closed
Any yall got some good workouts I can do to get stronger (I don't have a squat rack)
so far I've been doing:
deadlifts
power cleans
reverse lunges
goblet squats
Advice would be appreciated
