I've been piecing my garage gym back up. I originally had one years ago and had to sell all my stuff.
Well, now this garage gym is going to have better equipment and even a gym name and logo that I'll be putting on a banner
In regards to staying active, I've been doing some barbell work with what I can. I don't have my power rack yet but I've been working with just my barbell and weight plates. So I've been deadlifting a lot, rowing, barbell lunges, RDLs, SLDLS, deficit pulls, etc.
I've also been implementing a lot more Crossfit style training such as bodyweight WODS which have been challenging and fun at the same time, while also being a new training style I never did before in the past. It's been improving my conditioning and I'm sure it'll pay off big time once I get back into my strength training I'm more accustomed to.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

This looks awesome! Definitely IN. I wonder how good the taste will be since Xtend always has the best flavors.
I've been making my own plates out of concrete to increase the weight for my work outs since i'm on a budget and actual plates were really expensive. Luckily i had a pair of dumbbells and a barbell so all i needed was more weight. Took a bit of trial and error but now i finally got them right. Only costs $4 for 45 lbs.
I still try to work out intensely 4-5 days a week, using an old reebok stepper as a make shift flat bench.
Also been jump roping and running a lot more since i'm cutting again.
PS: Love the format of the post with the colors fading away. Top notch!

New Xtend EAA?! Count me in!
No gym in my house, so we have to improvise:
- My wife had two 5-pound dumbbells and two 10-pound dumbbells laying around so I throw them in an old backpack, roll the bag up, and use it as a dumbbell for curls, triceps extensions, and hold it out front for sissy squats in the basement. Lame.
- Ive been running more than ever. Depending on when I get up I'll either do a 1.5 mile or a 2.5 mile loop around my neighborhood at 5am. Also depending on my lunch schedule I'll do either one again during my lunch break while working from home.
- Most evenings I'll take the kids on a bike ride, no less than 4 miles around the neighborhood trails. (MapMyWalk app is really handy for mapping these)
- When I remember, I'll take a quick break every hour from working at do what I call a 50/50/50. Fifty sit ups, fifty flutter kicks, and fifty bicycle kicks.
- Also been doing a lot more fishing on the weekends now that the schedule is always wide open and no obligations to race home for. I wade the river, which is a massive workout on the legs and stabilizer muscles in the hips and legs. Trudging through thigh deep water at times, often through upstream current, for MILES. I met 2 of my buddies on the river 2 days ago here:

I have been training in my basement each morning with the little gym that I created for myself. I actually began the process of creating a space for myself nearly 6 years ago when my first son was born. I knew that I wouldn't necessarily be able to leave the house with a new baby around, so I began making sure that I had everything that I would need to get in some workouts regardless of what was going on. And here we are 6 years later and the investment surely paid off.

Wow, xtend eaa! Luckily for me I have a weight set, bench and dumbells I haven't used in over 13 years in my basement. I had to dust them off, but i'm very grateful I can still workout and actually have enough weights to have good workouts. Once it actually starts warming up I want to start taking walks in the morning.

Sadly no lifting for me...
I have still managed to drop about 8 pounds over the last 6 weeks by walking about 6 miles a day and fasting (IF). I also have been working none stop around my house. So far I have built a paver patio in my front yard, replaced my front gate on my fence, and I am starting to build a deck in my back yard.Free Agent...

I am fortunate enough to have a home gym in my basement so I have been able to take care of my lifting "itch" during this pandemic. If I didn't have this in place, I KNOW I would be losing my mind for sure. I do sympathize with everyone really trying to make their workouts effective in any way they can as I know it can be challenging and not all that fun when you have to do something like rig a backpack with books or something to make a weight. So I feel for everyone who is dying to get back into their gyms.
As I've been fortunate enough to keep my training routine relatively the same, my supplement needs are still the same, so I'm excited about trying this out for my workouts. I've been using regular Xtend regularly for years so this will be an interesting product to take to see how the two compare.

It's been a long process! Was originally working out in my neighbor's garage. Disinfecting everything each time I went over there.
Due to my exposure to COVID 19 at work I stopped going over there. He kindly let me borrow his barbell and weights. I managed to also secure some "monstrous" 20lb DBs. I also incorporate sandbag training and have a bag that goes up to 65 lbs. I have no bench so direct chest work is limited. I did buy resistance bands to also add into the mix. Never thought the day would come where I would buy resistance bands! I keep all this in the garage and move one of the cars out anytime I want to workout. It's nothing like the gym but hopefully it maintains me until they open again here!

Another trip to Home Depot. Grabbed 500 pounds total of concrete mix and another 2-300 pounds of bagged rock. Was fun to push around and then load/unload in my truck.
This weekend I get my order from Lowe’s and I am building a deck. Super pumped!Free Agent...
