I've been reduced to lifting in my apartment unit with a medium resistance band and a 25lb bag of rice... it's surprising how much I can do with these, but it's still nowhere near the stimulus I get from powerlifting movements or a real gym

Xtend mango has always been #1 in my books
You guys kill that flavor.
Anyone working out at home? I installed a old bow flex my uncle gave me. He bought all the attachments and extra weight bars. Also have a pull up machine with pulleys and handles and adjustable dumbells. Getting a decent workout in daily.50% of my posts are 100% factual

I've been using different size duffle bags and a combo of 25lb rice, 2x15lb rice, and 2x5lb protein tubs to do upper and lower workouts.
I'll finally have my Ironmaster quick lock dumbbells (5-75lbs) and an adjustable bench in my apartment soon. I've had it forever, but at the parent's house.••• Xtend Representative •••

My gym doesn't have much eye candy but at least in the gym i can really get in the zone, no distractions and can push myself to the limit.
But in my room with just a pair of dumbbells, a pull up bar and a make shift improvised bench when my bed, my laptop etc is all there.
It's tough to commit myself to it. Starting the work out is tough and finishing it is difficult as well. Really hope things go back to normal soon.Cobra Kai never dies!
