1st!!!!
Nothing different really I just lift but I’ll do it in hoodies!!!!! Lol
Like dis.....
ok maybe not.....
Outside of that I’ve been doing keto so it’ll stay that way till I hit a set weight goal then I’ll go back to eating regularly (carbs).
I always seem to get leaner in the winter for some odd reason so I’ll try to build on that to be pretty lean I’m the summer!
Btw love C4 carbonated and C4U you were right about the watermelon strawberry being the best, much better than orange mango.
Def curious how much of an improvement C4X is in comparison to C4ULast edited by Iluvmud; 09-03-2019 at 03:03 PM.

Despite summer drawing to a close, I'm still maintaining my same diet and training regimen. Since the beginning of the year I've gone from 230 lbs to 215 lbs (around 10% bodyfat according to a calipers test from a medical professional). I want to stay around 215 lbs while building strength. So I want to work more powerlifting into my usual resistance training rotation. Some of the weight loss occurred in my legs, and I'd like to get some of the strength back without the bulk.
I'd love an opportunity to run a tub of C4 Extreme, review it, and see how it helps my routine!☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

Still continuing cut from summer, doc changed my dosage so hopefully the weight will start coming off soon. In the fall I always increase my cardio, cardio in the summer is horrible. I’m not really a machine type of person and like to be out doors. I have a passion for mountain biking and hiking. So after a hour of weight lifting I head out to the trails by the gym. The main bike trail is over 40 miles long so that’s always a nice ride covered in trees but have been doing a lot of hiking lately.

yeah like to see your thoughts on that, Ive been doing Keto for a little over a month and have lost about 20+ lbs. i dont call it Keto cause Im all about total carbs vs all that net carb stuff... (under 25g a day) also didnt realize that it helps a lot more when doing cardio daily.... so this week will be doing cardio daily to test that theory out.
Good luck in your Whole30 endeavor and grats again on the win!Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

Now that fall is in the future and winter right after that... now is the time that I will be powerlifting. Heavy singles, doubles, and maybe some triples. Nothing like getting fat and saying you're a powerlifter at family gatherings... amiright?

I try to do something intense every day, 7 days a week.
Tues, Thurs - 1.5+hrs judo
All other days - Kettlebells. I have a 53lb and 70lb, and use both, alternating between the following as desired:
53lb - 300-400 single hand swings in one set, alternating 25 each side
53lb - 3-4 sets of 20 clean and press each side
70lb - emom 25 reps for 10-15min
70lb - 5-6 sets 50 reps with 20 pushups in between
70lb - 25-35 slow, strict Turkish get ups with hip bridge
Cardio is not a problem for me, haha, but the kb's build good strength too. I'd be happy to put C4 Extreme through the wringer!~ Roast Master, Resident Coffee Warlock~
