Where do you take your Fairlife?
Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. 3 portages to a lake with only 1 campsite on it, all to ourselves for 3 days.
Brought a yeti soft side cooler with chocolate Fairlife, Monsters, and a few cans of C4.
Great shot, the greenery is amazing!

Been a while but wifey was done with me stealing from her supplement stack, so this show's up at my work place:
And I open it up at home to see:
The gum was a freebie from bb.com (cool!) but let's just say my protein supplement needs are covered for a good while.
It is over 100F here so there isn't much nature to share with you folks - but great photos all around here.

Way up in northern Minnesota just below the border. Lots and lots of lakes that you can only get to by canoe (no motors allowed) and by portaging (carrying overland) the canoe and all gear between lakes to get farther out.
Put boats in by the outfitters at bottom left, paddled and carried across the 3 portages to smaller lake with no name shown (flame lake), pic taken about where the little gray marker is
Carrying canoe
It's too bad so many people go with the hysteria of social media trends without looking and thinking more deeply before making a decision

The whole Fairlife thing. It's being asked about by my in-laws and others. I say it's not like Fairlife is training or facilitating the poor treatment of animals. Just like so many farms and factories in today's food chain, it's no different. I agree it's not good but same thing happens at so many others until it gets exposed.

Undercover animal group gets video of 5 people abusing animals. 4 of them are employees, 1 of them is an independent truck driver.
When the video is released, 3 of the 4 employees had already been terminated, and the 4th was after the video. The truck driver not allowed back.
So what's the lesson on the boycott? Might as well not fire employees for abusing animals because there's no benefit since people will boycott anyway? okay then
These days people want something to be outraged about and act on. Doesn't really matter if it's legit or a lie or dumb, as long as other people are doing something and it's trending, they want in.

Gotta rave about a new piece of equipment I bought. Titan's Front Squat Harness. I use wrist straps. when I front squat (attached to the bar). Traditional style hurts like hell, crossing my arms causes the bar to roll, so wrist straps were the best choice. This harness holds the bar in perfect position and there is zero issues with my wrist/shoulders/neck. Was able to keep proper form too. Worth every penny.
You look like you're wearing gimp S&M gear though.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

That's the one that goes around your shoulders, right? I've seen a lot of people say those are more like front squats than back squats.
The piece of equipment I'm likely investing in soon are the MAG grips for pulldowns and cable rows. I want both close and wide grip. I used them at a gym in Phoenix a couple months ago and absolutely loved them. They are about $70 each though.....eekProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

If anyone's in the market for a non exotic, but one that stands out from the pack: Velocity
Man, I love this PWO. I love all the nootropic based pres Neogenix/Velocity have done in the past, but I'd say this is one of the best iterations (although Neurosurge 3.0 was the tits).
There's a really unique focus/drive to it that I haven't gotten from other pres. It's somewhere in between a standard caffeine pre and an exotic. Flavor is super light and refreshing. Powder is a light consistency, no clumping or anything like that. Pump is noticeable, but the focus/drive is the stand out. Highly recommend.Squat and Deadlift

Ya I hear that. Oddly enough, I've been moving away from the exotics recently as well. I too, never thought I'd see the day.
I still have a few in the stash, but they've been sitting in my freezer. Been using C4U exclusively and now Velocity. Also picked up some Brain Bridge which I'll be trying with a caffeine tab.
Highly recommend Velocity if you're in the market, or next time your in the market.Squat and Deadlift

Used to use one of those for zerchers. Price is great too. My only concern is the weight capacity...325lbs??? Does it feel solid to you? We had one at our old gym but it was a beast and could load it up to basically anything any of us could possibly zercher, and it was not breaking. I don't *think* I've gotten above three plates on a zercher pull? But I wouldn't be able to leave something in the gym if it'll fail much above that, the guys will break it in a day.

It definitely feels sturdy to me! Truth be told, I will never see myself front squatting more than 300+. I'm terrible at it.
If I was still playing football, I'd invest in a stronger version (Texas Strength has one that is rated for 500, but is $180). For the weight I front squat, the Titan one is perfect for me.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

Yeah the one on Lifting Large is rated to 1000lbs, idk who can do that kind of weight for zercher pulls but good for them. That's a great price though, maybe I'll invest in one and just tape a note to it saying not to load it heavy...can always tell people to use it on the ATP and load the belt squat sled instead of the bar. Thanks.
