I have been trying to put together a simple meal prep plan to loose weight and continue to lift. I was thinking of just meat rice and veg. combo.
i have seen this a 100 times online and I have tried this before but I am not sure where to begin on figuring out the amounts I need to weigh out for each portion. Does anyone have a site or a direction they can point me in to start this fat loss/strength goal?

May want to post in the main Nutrition forum for responses. I would start out reading the below and coming up with your targeted calories and macros. Come back and post with the update. Can then build a diet around your food preferences.
