you aren't wrong about it being "easier" to grow muscle, but you get out what you put in. run everything in the world and you will probably just get fat without making use of what you're using in the gym and just eating.
with that said, i also hate natties who think they are better than everyone else just because they are natural. you guys aren't taking the risks to get what you want and just because other guys are, doesn't make them better or worse than you. just makes them different.

Why would I take a risk for no reason other than to fill a need to impress others? I'd rather resolve the insecurity.
You can make great progress, hit goals, and build a nice physique naturally that's proportional to the effort. I don't really see the point in shifting the baseline upwards, aside from a narcissism, which we all have, but it's important to control.𝕮𝖍𝖆𝖘𝖊 𝖆 𝖈𝖍𝖊𝖈𝕶, 𝖓𝖊𝖛𝖊𝖗 𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖘𝖊 𝖆 𝖇𝖎𝖙𝖈𝖍

I'm not going to try to convince you why you should or shouldn't do something, but when you say guys do it "just to fill a need to impress others", it makes you sound really bitter about guys who are on gear. Do you know how many guys are actually aren't natural but look natural? It's insane.

I don’t want to shill gear use on here because it’s a personal choice for everyone. I will tell this though, almost every top tier athlete is using something for recovery. Look at the UFC and how many guys have recently been banned from their use of (wont mention compounds here).
The reality is if you are regularly lifting hard and I mean 5-6 times per week of intense training, your body is eventually going to start shutting down on you and that’s when you can decide to either back off and accept your genetic potential or say f*ck it and turn it up past 10. just my .02. if you have specific questions please also feel free to DM me.
I don’t disagree that one can build a nice physique naturally, but again everyone is different and has different goals. I’ve found it’s all about respecting those goals and not making assumptions about the intent of others.6'2" | 257lbs

So I did actually reach that crossroads you speak of after ~7/8 years. At that point, I realized I had an unhealthy attachment to never losing size - and the decision I made was very difficult.. to consciously focus on goals other than size. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made, even though it was really tough to let go at the time.
I'm aware that I shouldn't project my own experiences onto others, but I suspect that many guys reach a similar place in lifting. You can still set goals, you can go hard ("turn it up to 10"), you can feel accomplished, you can look amazing (although it's obviously harder) - all of those things, but just letting go of the raw # on the weight and being 'massive while lean'.
So the question is, why is the # you lift, and being massive while lean, so important to somebody?
If you're competing at elite levels of sports/bodybuilding, then it's a different discussion.𝕮𝖍𝖆𝖘𝖊 𝖆 𝖈𝖍𝖊𝖈𝕶, 𝖓𝖊𝖛𝖊𝖗 𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖘𝖊 𝖆 𝖇𝖎𝖙𝖈𝖍
