I recently found that gum is amazing for suppressing my appetite. When I woke up this morning, I wasn’t starving. Chewed a couple pieces of gum for Ann hour or two and now I’m fine. It’s noon and I haven’t eaten anything yet.
They’re essentially calorie-free (like 5 or 10 cals), so I can’t think of any downside. Wanted to check that there’s no real adverse effect on fat loss. It makes me feel bloated, sure, but I don’t see why that would matter for cutting.
Do other people here chew gum a lot while cutting?

Other than increased gas/bloating, I don't foresee any significant downsides to chewing gum. Now if you are going through several packs a day that may expose you to a decent amount of artificial sweeteners; I'd have to look up exactly how much and then try to determine if this seemed worrisome and I don't have the time to do that now but that's a potential concern.

I chew probably 2 packs a day once i get sub 10%bf, but I have to chew 3 pieces at a time. However some days like once or twice a month I will get really bad intestinal distress, probably due to the sorbitol in the gum that is pulling water into the colon
