Make dem gains........ then see what's under the winter coat
Honestly for me, I just to keep improving on my weight lifting, mainly improving my weaker lifts (for some reason I cant squat for crap, but can deadlift a decent amount) and of course gaining some more size while losing some body fat.Salty.......... like Extra salty.......

Currently still working on my cut. Summer is approaching fast. I want abs for the first time in my life, so a goal of mine is to do core exercises every day. Luckily i have a pull up bar at home so i can do hanging leg raises and my crunches on my yoga mat. And of course eating healthy on a calorie deficit without going crazy.

Started a new job this week. It’s 3rd shift which is kinda different for me. Goals are to stay focused and get My health back under control. Doing great so far, and my lifts are solid, but I never quite recovered from the holiday season. Pants got pretty tight.

I always want to gain muscle and strength, but with my career as a firefighter I try to keep my cardiovascular health up too, which I haven’t always done in the past (permabulk lol).
So my goals now are to gain strength/size while keeping my cardio up to par. No reason for me to be 240+ at 5’7The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

In!
I just got done [fairly dirty] bulking to the heaviest I've ever been and the strongest across the board I've ever been - sitting at a thick, juicy and as not as tight as I'd like 240lbs. With that said, I recently pivoted my goals, by adjusting my diet and upping my cardio to start leaning out for the shreds on a multi month cut.

My fitness goals are pretty simple and straight forward. I love training and going to the gym, so my goals are to stick with it and stay consistent in getting to the gym each morning. I really don't care what other obstacles might be a "distraction" because I go first thing each morning before life has a chance to unfold that day. So there's no excuse for me not to be there giving it my all. I just feel so much better mentally/physically after a workout....even if it might not be my all-time personal best.

My fitness goal is to continue with my consistency in hitting the gym each day. I don't have any "off" days as I just simply love to train. Overtraining at times......maybe. But I truly feel like it helps me to get my day off to the best start possible and it helps me live my best life. I try not to let anything get in my way or become too much of a distraction, so I need to continue to funnel out the things in life that can pull me away from doing what I am passionate about.

I turn 52 at the end of March and really just want to continue to improve regardless of age. If I could be more specific, I just want to tighten up my waistline a little bit so I appear even wider and more broad.
