hi all
this is my first post. i am 32 years old hight is 5'9 and weight is 80 now i work in IT so most of my working hours i am sitting at my desk. my working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.
so heres what i am planning to do. (I WANT TO LOSE FAT)
intermittent fasting :
wake up at 6 run to the gym which is 3 km from my apartment.
workout for 45 mins to 1 hour. (will take BCAA's during my workout)
run back to home.
go to work at 9 .
drink a lot of water and have black tea and coffee (without sugar)
lunch at 1pm grilled chicken with some veggies. (can i take protein shake, 0 sugar, 0 carbs)
leave at 6 from work.
go home; have some nuts and hit the by 11 pm.
please guide.

Not entirely sure how much you are eating but just 1 meal comprising of chicken and veggies is likely not the healthiest option. Sounds like an extreme deficit. A smarter option would be to simply have a 500 caloric deficit while following a good novice routine. Lots of routines in the stickies.
