Reviews are up on Strawberry Kiwi HydraSport! Thank you for the opportunity to test it and give my honest opinion. I did the store review, but it is still not an option to link it here. I also did a forum review, and here it is:

Had to go now grass today for my father who is a 63 year old powerlifter who dropped an 80lb dumbbell on his foot. Was crazy hot outside.

@koweanguy thanks..Im sure he will be back to it soon.. he was hopping around yesterday while I was cutting grass but when I was done was like "Hey did you find out any more information on that upcoming meet?" Lol He wants to compete again and had planned too before doing this so I hope he keeps going. He is actually 67 years old..I had to ask mom because I can never remember lol I'm a physical therapist assistant and I have patients younger then that who can't stand from their wheelchairs without help, so I'm proud of him.
Also I hit my squat rep PR today of 205lbs 5x5...like clockwork after my day workout*Saved by the blood of the Lamb crew*

If 200mg is too much, then take a bid lower than a serving.
I hand out free stuff at my local gym, and people that are inexperienced with caffeine responded quite well to 150-200mg actually.
No need to cycle off, but make sure you don't overstim yourself (i.e, I have rarely gone more than 300mg in one sitting in over 3 years )
Best of luck with your Scivation goods

I'm thinking of doing another all day workout tomorrow but upper body work only...it was only two weeks ago I did a full body all day and it's too soon to throw that volume back on myself. I'm thinking dumbbell presses, reverse grip tricep pushdowns, and bicep curls. Probably do heavy dumbbell presses 3x5 and the other two 3x10 with a lighter weight since they will already have gotten hit during presses and repeat every two hours like normal.

Thanks! Unfortunately at this moment I can't see me ever getting my blackbelt in ju-jitsu because I homeschool our daughter so the money isn't there to continue. Took me 10 years to get my blackbelt is karate.. granted I had periods of time in that ten years when I didn't go, like when we built our house, but I'm proud of it. That test was 2.5 hours long and was a close to death as I ever want to get again without actually dieing lol
Did my all day workout today using 35lbs dumbbells for presses which worked out to 75 reps, curls with the EZ bar about 40lb Total for 75reps and reverse grip tricep using one plate on my universal machine for 150 reps. Was a good day curious to see how my arms will respond with a day just dedicated to the show muscles instead of the compound movements I normally do all day workouts with. When I say all day I really mean like 8-10 hours...feels all day to me lol*Saved by the blood of the Lamb crew*

I, like others on the boards, received a tub of Xtend HydraSport (blue raspberry). I've been using the product for a week or so. I have posted up my review!

Thank you a ton for the opportunity to review SciVation (and Cellucor). Very generous as usual! Also, a very tasty and enjoyable product! Xtend will always be a winner!☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑
