Ingredients
1- 1 cup of 1 min oats (you definitely wanna use the 1 min version for these)
2- 1 70cc and 1/2 scoops of MT Casein Gold Vanilla flavor
3- 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts
4- 2 tbs of espresso flavored dark choc chips
5- 2 tbs of decaffeinated instant coffee
6- 2 heaping tbs of chunky unsalted peanut butter
7- 1 tsp of liquid coffee extract
8- 6 oz of unsweetened almond milk
In a very large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
In a smaller bowl mix the PB, almond milk, and extract
until the PB is almost liquid then pour the wet ingredients
on top of the mixed dry and mix with a spoon until all the
dry is coated with the wet ingredients. Dampen your hands
lightly and grab a hand full of the mixture and carefully roll
into balls and place them into a freezer safe container. When
all the balls are rolled cover the container and place it in the
freezer for about 2 hrs to firm up then store them in the fridge
until ready to eat.

I'm down to my last scoops so I figured it's time I post my final thoughts
both here in this thread and in the store which I did but it's not showing
yet so I guess that will show up in a couple of days.
Serving Size: 1 Scoop (32g)
Servings Per Container: Approx.36
Amount Per Serving % Daily Value

Total Fat 0 g 0%*

Ingredients:
Micellar Casein Plus Blend (Milk Protein Isolate [supplying micellar casein], Calcium Caseinate, Micellar Casein), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Maltodextrin, Gum Blend (Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), Salt, Acesulfame-Potassium, Sucralose, Soy Lecithin
Contains milk and soy ingredients. Processed in a facility that also processes egg, wheat and tree nut ingredients.
Ingredient Profile- 9/10- It's a blend of two types of casein Micellar Casein and Calcium
Caseinate but it doesn't specify how much of each but still after drinking this in between
meals which is how I utilize casein it definitely did what casein is supposed to do and it
kept me satisfied for a good 2 hrs so though it's a undisclosed blend it still did it's job on
keeping the hunger pangs away for 2 hrs.
Mixability- 9/10- I mixed 1 scoop in 8 oz of cold water and it mixed up with no foam
at all and just a tiny bit of powder slightly sticking to the sides but other than that
it mixed up VERY well for a pure casein protein with no clumping or lumps in the shake.
When I tested it with a scoop and 1/2 it was the same no clumping or foaming but just
a tad of powder sticking to the sides of the shaker which is expected when using a pure
casein protein.
Taste- 7/10- I have a lot of experience with casein protein especially pure micellar casein
and it always has a bit of a funny after taste and I honestly have never had a pure casein
protein that I could say was better than an 8 in flavor. My last two casein's were Cellucor
and Kaged Muscle and both were in chocolate and both received an 8 rating which was good
cause again you will get that after taste but choc flavor tends to mask it a bit more than
vanilla.
I was hoping this creamy vanilla was going to be more on the cake batter taste so I figured
that would help mask the casein after taste but it was more of a plain vanilla where you
could really taste that casein aftertaste which wasn't bad at all but it was still there and
I think a cake batter or a caramel type flavor would have made it taste better.
I don't drink casein proteins before bed like most people do cause I eat cottage cheese
almost every night so I'm getting my casein protein at night but I do drink a shake when
I'm at work between breakfast and lunch so I like to use casein protein at one scoop
along with a scoop of whey to make my shakes and the flavored whey's worked very
well with the plain vanilla flavor of this casein. I combined many different flavors with
this casein van such as banana, strawberry, orange,PB,and many other unique flavors
so they took over the flavor of the casein and I didn't get much of that casein aftertaste
when utilizing this vanilla flavor.
Overall-9/10- I think this protein does what it's intended to do which is keep you satisfied
for at least two hrs or even a bit longer and when mixed with other proteins it does help
to give the shake a nice thickness to the texture where an ordinary whey would be too thin
and whey on it's own really doesn't stick to my ribs the way this casein does so yeah if your
looking for a slow digesting protein then I would recommend giving this Casein Gold a try and
without even tasting the choc I would recommend going with that flavor if you plan on using
for straight casein shakes so that you won't taste the casein aftertaste as much as the vanilla.
If you plan on utilizing this casein the way I did and mixing it with other flavored proteins then
the vanilla would work well cause whatever flavor you combine with the van will be the more
dominant flavor you will be tasting.
Store review if it shows up but if it doesn't then I'll repost the link when it does.

Ingredients
1- 2 70cc scoops of MT Casein Gold Creamy Vanilla
2- 1/2 cup of oat powder My Protein Brand
3- 3/4 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1/2 cup of raisins (this was my form of sweetener)
6- 1 tbs of cinnamon powder
7- 1 tsp of ginger powder
8- 1/2 tsp of allspice
9- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
10- 1/4 tsp of cloves powder
11- 2 tbs of liquid rum extract (real dark rum can be used if you have no extract)
12- 1/4 cup of chopped toasted pecans
13- 3 tbs of unsalted almond butter
14- 2 egg whites lightly beaten
In a large bowl mix all your dry ingredients then add the almond butter and mix
until all the almond butter is incorporated with the dry ingredients. Then add the
egg whites and the liquid extract and thoroughly mix until you get a cookie dough.
Take a cookie scoop that has been coated with non stick spray and fill with dough
and drop little balls of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet that has been coated with
nonstick spray. After all the dough balls are on the sheet carefully take the back of
a fork and press down the dough to form cookies then place the pan into a 325
degree preheated oven for about 8-10 min or until the bottom of the cookies start
to turn a light brown. When done let the cookies completely cool before storing them
in the fridge for at least 24 hrs so that the spices really get to come through.
I like these right out of the fridge chilled cause again the spice flavors really popped
when they were chilled. I personally like just the sweetness of the raisins but if you
know that you like sweeter things then just add whatever sweetener you like to make
these taste the way you want I loved the way these tasted with the ingredients that
I posted above. The texture of these cookies because of the casein had the texture
of what you would get from a Kebbler Pecan Sandie cookie without all the sugar.

Baking fails happen and two occurred with this casein, one was mixed berry PB stuffed muffins
which just didn't come out right also a tropical loaf that I made looked good but the casein baked up
to too dense so it wasn't fluffy at all when eating it and the casein taste came through too strong
and over powered the banana, mango, orange, and coconut ingredients that I added. Casein is a bit
tricky to cook or bake with so experimenting sometimes can lead to fails but the ones that work are
tasty and enjoyable.
This casein though really baked up nicely for these cookies.
Texture was dense and held well with the inclusion of the 1/2 cup of raisins and all the spices
and I still have a little more vanilla so I just might bake another batch of cookies next week
in a different flavor.

Seen post by Superhuman and knew greatness was to be seen :P
Your pecan crumb cookies there look great man very nicely done.
And on failures in baking/cooking, I feel like if you have not failed at something your not really trying to make anything interesting/unique or new and in that your just following someone else footsteps recreating something already worked out which it self prob involved several failures.-- Microwaves everyday crew --
