What would someone's physique look like if they only did this program for the rest of their life? (Assuming they do this with a good diet)
Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Row 5x5
Weighted Dips 3x5
Skullcrushers 2x8
Workout B
Squat 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Weighted Chinups 3x5
Barbell Curls 2x8
Workout A would be done twice and than workout B once and than following week Workout B is done twice and Workout A is done once.

Its a trap!!!!
If 2 people of same build and strength level, start your program they will get different results. You do not make "well rounded" program with equal volume for everybody part. You do not do this because people respond differently and need unique movements/volume adjustments.
What if your program made one lifter chest dominant, and the other tricep dominant? What if one lifter gets bicep tendinitis but the other lifter needs more volume? What if both lifters can not squat for 6 months straight and needs to rotate out exercises to prevent over use injuries?

Whatever their genetics determine they would look like after doing this program for the rest of their life.....
Impossible for us to tell you what they would look like, people are different
And, why would someone need to do that program for the rest of their life? Are there ninja's holding their family at knife point saying they cant adapt their training over time? Will they die if they proceed to more advanced programming when recovery calls for it? Is this person, somewhat, insane?FMH Crew resident manlet

They would probably look similar to every other novice running 3x5 or 5x5 for their first year. In other words, better than most beginners who have been running around in the gym for 2 years on hypertrophy programs that they got from a guy who knows someone that was once jacked at one time or another.

I'm repping you on that, partly because I agree, and partly because that's the most ridiculous metaphor I've heard today, next time throw in "... if he were dead and interned but not cremated" just to complicate further.
On a different point, why not A B A B A etc why complicate the schedule doubling like that, really... Is this bait?
Lastly, if ever I open a fishing shop, I'll pinch TheGymJim phrase and call it "smells like bait"

No idea too many factors: Genetics, what supplements they are taking, protein intake and their diet, body's recovery rate, height and weight of the lifter, if they are big bone, medium bone, small boned, how hard or easy it is for them to put on belly fat, etc.
You can't just pick a workout program and then like a crystal ball say "ah ha" I know exactly what they will look like 10 years from now if they follow this routine!
