Looking to lean up a little over winter. Want to try out using some eph. I was thinking of just using 8mg before my two cardio days , so twice a week. Will this be pointless ? Should I run it every day for two weeks on/off? Or could I see benefit just using the small dose I suggested. TIA

Fat burners are a waste of money. A small caloric deficit is all you need to lose fat and retain most of your muscle.

Not worth it. Been there done that, didn't give me any extra results. Keep your protein high to stay without hunger, drink lots of water and try to walk a bit more in addition to your weight training should be more than enough. I'm 17 and I'm at it as well #WinterCutSummerBulk

I guess my main question wasn't specific enough. I appreciate being in a calorie deficit but my original point of wanting to try eph still stands.
Every day two weeks on two weeks off
Or could I just use as pre for two cardio days every week.
Would the results be hugely different?
I'd be doing around 8-24mg eph a day and 60-180mg caffeine. Every day , or twice a week before cardio. I'm wanting to go with the latter tbh but want opinions5,11

And yet everywhere/everyone else suggests otherwise but I suppose I'm supposed to take your word for it, whoever you are. ****, if you've even used them. Or properly. Nah I'm bumping for further answers homie. No disrespect lmao

I would take it at least twice a day. The studies on it have been 3x a day, but 2x a day should still give some benefit. I’m not sure if 1x a day will be enough to work.
In terms of metabolism boost, no need to cycle it. The appetite suppressant effect, however, will wear off, so if that’s why you want to use it, then you will need to cycle it.
Lyle McDonald has some good info if you want to do more research. You can't help the hopeless.

Maybe you're both right. Well done. But that would be because it backs up 95% of what I've found online lol. This is the first set of replies I've seen that are bashing the legitimacy of eph so I'm just curious. Have any of you experimented with it before saying it's just another "fat burner" and "waste of money". It's an anphetamine you realise , right? As in scientifically proven to work lol. And you're right I am doing something wrong. I like my ****ing Burger King and KFC too much to give up so I wanna throw hard cardio in with eph 😂😂

Where did I once write "I want opinions on whether it's legit"?
No, as usual, the "you don't listen to our opinions!" Crew are here to give their opinions that someone didn't ask for.
I asked about cycling eph. I never asked "is it legit and worth it?"
In conclusion, unless your opinion is factual and relates to my OP question, it's worthless to me lol. On that note , merry xmas.5,11
