Hey guys
I am 5'11 and weigh 160-170lbs.
I'm looking into starting to go to the gym and I would really love some help with a diet plan. I am wanting to build muscle and really wanting to lose some fat on the legs, waist etc.

You can't spot-reduce fat so you gotta be on a cut. If you are a beginner, you will gain some muscle mass but don't expect too much, because you'll need to be in a calorie surplus.
