5'10 and 155, you aren't in a suitable state to be losing weight. If you think you have fat to lose, it's due to a lack of muscle making your little fat seem more than it really is.

You didn't really mention progress in the gym. Try upping the intensity and going heavier each workout.

Like xCrixus stated, upping the gym intensity might be your solution. Increase sets, try more cardio.

    You need more muscle.

Don't be afraid to eat big and lift big for a couple months.

At 5'10 155 there cant be much left to cut.

If you do decide to continue cutting I wouldn't suggest going lower than 1700 calories. If your not losing weight, pay closer attention to how much food your actually consuming.

4 litres of water a day?! Why?? It won't be doing your kidneys any favours. The body does not need that much water and your kidneys have to filter it all before going to your bladder.

Sounds like some grade-A garbage right there. That said, I drink 6-8 liters a day so if I do end up going due to kidney failure one day, I'll perhaps think "Mario was on to something, ain't that some shizz"

Get on program like Fierce 5 or All pros, follow it as written, and slowly bulk gaining ~2lbs per month.
