Creatine can increase DHT which may cause hair loss. I have yet to speak to anyone who has ever noticed any type of follicle issue from creatine lol.

You're going to notice hairloss from genetics before you ever notice it from creatine.

Yes. Took creatine for about 6 months and noticed a distinct increase in hair loss. At the time I was not using Rogaine. I read about a study that had found elevated levels of DHT in subjects who took creatine. The DHT levels were linear to the amount of creatine the subjects were given over a 3 week period...initially 50g and then reduced to 5g I think. DHT levels are the closes indicator of hereditary male pattern baldness so if they are higher it will most certainly indicate a higher chance of hair loss in susceptible men.

I went off creatine and my hair loss slowed dramatically....far less hair in the sink after the morning comb. I've recently started using Rogaine and the thinning area on the top of my head is definitely beginning to cover again.

So if you eat much meat, thus eating Creatine you will lose hair? So the vegans are right-meat is bad. It causes hair loss....
