Hi! Ssooo basically I'm still technically learning a lot about working out and so on. My goal is to maintain or gain weight (muscle weight). I'm just working on being toned. Because I'm a college student though, I sometimes struggle on reaching my calorie goal. Recently I've only been eating a plate of broc**** and one plate of chicken a day. I do work but bills are pretty high at the moment so food is sorta limited.
I just found out Taco Bell sells some cheap food too so I was just wondering if their burritos will ever stop me from being toned.
I'm 4'10 (sadly lol) and I weigh 103 lbs. I've been doing strength training since about march.
Also any tips and recommendations?
Thanks in advanced

At the time I didn't have anything with meat/dairy so I used whatever alternatives I had. Granted it wasn't an exact replica but my favorite part of the CGC was the texture.
Still phasing it out when I feel inclined though i'm just not forcing it.
I did just buy my first greek yogurt in over two years though, and plan on sushi within the next week. Looking forward to it"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

I work for Taco Bell. I routinely eat Taco Bell twice a day. I'm doing just fine and I'm a middle aged female with poverty macros.

Just finished a Steak Quesaritto Big Box meal; delicious.

Fast food isn't necessarily a problem. However, it can contain trans fats, too much saturated fats and sodium, while it can be low in micronutrients and fiber.
