I'm 13 about to be 14 this summer and I'm 5,5 138 lbs and I'm going into my freshman year. I hope to be 150lbs before my freshman football year starts. How long do you think it will take me to reach my goal and what are some good foods to eat to gain muscle. Also how often should I workout and should I workout intensely or not? P.S(I'm going to football workouts everyday accept weekends and Friday all summer)
