Hey guys I'm looking for a little advice on where I should go with my training at this point in time.
Two important measurements: 6' 0.7", 167.4 lbs
My season officially starts up mid-July (training camp has already begun) and our first game is mid-late August.
Back in January I was sitting at 206 lbs and over 30% BF, but I've cut down to 167 lbs (16% - 19% BF, not too sure). Unfortunately from this cut I've lost some upper body strength. At this point I'm now struggling to throw the ball 45 yards. I've always been very accurate, but with the lack of distance that I now have, I'm worried about losing a starting position this upcoming season.
I'm eating around 1200 calories, 200G of protein, 30g-50g of carbs and about 30g of fat daily. This has given me a steady loss of 1-2 lbs a week. Unfortunately like I've said, I've lost arm strength.
What would be an ideal move for me to bulk as clean as possible while maintaining a minimum fat gain?
Obviously I should up my protein intake to 1.5g per pound, but what about other macros, and where should my calorie count be?
I know I shouldn't be worried about how I look compared to how well I can perform, however I don't want to put on too much fat especially after 4 months of cutting.
Attached is a picture of me from this morning so you guys can have an understanding of my size.
Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated!

Why the heck did you even consider cutting? You play football -cutting is dumb unless you're very obese. Oh, well - lift heavy, eat a lot (try 5 meals a day) and try to limit weight gain to 2-3lbs/week (the first week you main gain 5 which would be OK). On your off days work on GPP and football skills, and yes you will probably loose a starting position.

You play the position that requires the least amount of lifting, rivaled by maybe the kicker/punter. If you want to succeed on the field you're better off actually practicing your throws, your timing, your 3 step drop, etc. Go to some camps and seminars this summer. That'll do more for you in terms of football, than lifting will.

1200 calories is for toddlers.
No way you'll play football well eating like that. Double your calories. You can't help the hopeless.
