Was able to try Human Evolution Protein Vanilla Ice cream

Post Workout Shake - used 8 oz of almond milk with 5g of creatine. Texture was very pleasing. Almost like a real thick milkshake. A bit frothy, but completely enjoyable. I believe 10 oz of liquid would be the sweet spot. Mixed just fine in a blender bottle. Taste was on point. A very good vanilla ice scream, not to sweet or artificial like some protein shakes. It was very filling but not a bloated feeling which is great for a shake to keep you sated. Macros are on point and can be used for whatever your personal goals are (cut/bulk/maintain). Very pleased with the protein

Baking - Used this protein to make some a giant cookie and a little protein personal cake over the weekend. Mixed in fine with some eggs, coconut flour, baking soda and just a hint of vanilla extract. Did not need much as the protein carried the flavor of the dishes which was awesome. Also used half a scoop with a little bit of water to make a vanilla icing for the cake. Turned out awesome.

Overall I am thoroughly enjoying the Vanilla Ice Cream protein from Human Evolution and would give it a 9/10. Looking forward to trying the chocolate flavor
