Yeah, I neglected my journal for a while. Lots on my plate at the homestead between taking care of wife and house and of course work. Crazy new hours, 10 hr days x 4 days with Fri-Sat-Sun off. 4am - 2:30pm. Usually in bed by 6:30p, 7p at latest, except Fri-Sat.

I think the Flexatril is kicking in. Less pain in all joints that were bothering me for so long. Still dosing 2 fishoil caps every morning like always. But noticing improvements beyond the fishoil.
