Ate too much for dinner at 5:30 and feel like **** now...fried chicken at a fancy restaurant with super rich mashed potatoes, roasted cauliflower, beef short ribs with mashed potatoes and pureed vegetables and cornbread and pecan praline brownie with homemade scotch ice cream doesnt make for a great PWO meal...came home and passed out for an hour or so.

one of my regulars is always asking about gluten free options, telling me that if she has any at all, even from our soy sauce, which is naturally brewed and very low in gluten, she'll get sick.
then she asks for extra dumpling sauce, which is mostly soy, and tells me how good it is.
she's such a sweet old woman though, and super nice, so i don't say anything to her; i'd hate to break her heartDomicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

anyone watching tennis? Australian Open is on, pretty good match between Venus and Coco, hopefully this one between Serena and lucid-baroni. they showed this clip of the last time these two played each other and it was when they were each 16...ridiculous.
serena looked in great shape at 16, but her bulk since then has been glorious.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

As a young kid we watched her show cause my parents did
I saw she passed while at the gym yesterday and turned and scanned the gym to see if anyone was old enough to have heard of her
Nope
One said, "Who died, Mary J. Blige?" (Though she's 46)

TIL that Telsa's factory has like 6000 employees and they're all bad at parking.

I don't use instagram, so i don't know how to hotlink. right click does nothing.
**** like this makes me glad i don't live in California. In Kansas City i never have parking issues. the people who complain that "parking is horrible" are the people who have to walk more than 50 ft to the door of the building, lolDomicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

Yard was down for searching today, sat in a control booth just running phones and showers... so easy.

There is one button on my control panel that is either green to show my yard door in the building is closed, or red if it is open. If it is partially open it blinks red. This button is broken and only blinks red.... this is maddening. Not OCD or anything, but a blinking red light all day pisses me off.

I actually have OCD, but not as bad as some in my family. It's not as bad as it used to be since I learned how to cope with over the years.
I've never been diagnosed, but that's nothing more than a label to me at this point. I have talked to my doctor about it and she agreed it sounded like I had OCD, especially since it runs in my family over the last two generations - as far as I know. I didn't care to pursue testing because I was at the point where I was able to manage it without outside intervention. I saw it every day growing up so I knew all about it, and I vowed that I'd never be one who succumbs to it. Man, was I ignorant.
I first noticed it in my late teens, and my early 20's were difficult. The good news is I hardly notice it anymore after I learned how to work around it.
It doesn't cripple me in the least, but that doesn't mean I don't have it. It effects everyone differently, in what ticks they have, and the severity of it .Snapchat/Instagram: Mimsthe3rd

dating was a lot of work, but it's worth it sometimes. anyhow don't young people just use Tinder now?
We're having a company get together with all the staff, it's a pretty big affair. don't know what's on the menu this year (we're celebrating after the weekend) but it's always awesome.
seems like that's kind of important to fix? i mean, i guess not unless, i dunno, you were a corrections officer who's job it was to keep prisoners inside a jail...
good luck man; my wife was scheduled for a thursday C-section and then went into labor Tuesday. the baby was like "listen bitches i'm coming out when i want to, IDGAF if you think i'm late" so we were like "fine punk, we're going to ****ing cut you out" and he's like "**** you, pendejo i already told you i do things the way i want"Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

I can think of worse, but I know where you're coming from.
One family member of mine has never been on time for anything because of it, as least as far as I know. We can always count on this person being anywhere between 15 minutes to 1.5 hours late because their OCD consumes them. It's a sad reality of the disorder.
When it was effecting me, I would be about 15 minutes late for most things. You can imagine how something like that could be crippling when it comes to holding a job. Haven't been late in years (to be fair I don't have set hours nor punch a clock) but I'm a hell of a lot better than I was 10 years ago.Snapchat/Instagram: Mimsthe3rd
