So, a little update:
I deadlifted Tuesday night, and all went well. I'll be posting the session today at lunch-ish.
Wednesday morning... EARLY... I was woken up by a ball of uncomfortable in my stomach, and spent the next 6 or so hours having a really sh!tty morning. Needless to say I didn't go to work. I'm feeling good today, albeit kinda weak. I'm taking it easy on eating, and am mostly drinking water/Gatorade.
Ugh. Just when I thought I was going to get back into the swing of things...
I'm hoping to be able to decline tomorrow. Actually, I'll probably get into the gym no matter what tomorrow because it's Christmas weekend, and I think the gym's pretty closed the whole time. Plus, family stuff, etc. etc.

That's the weird thing... I was fine all of Tuesday, and during the session. I literally woke up in a cold sweat needing to go. It was horrid.
I would have told you. Definitely.

FS / Trap bar / Deadlift day
##2016-12-20##
Warm up:
- Squat position in the hole, up on toes, bounce around a bit to loosen my ankles
- "Bridge" calf stretch, both legs
- "Bend and Reach" slowly
- Laying on my back, lay a band around one foot, raise it up and down, side to side, both legs
- Bend and squat, prayer stretch also
- Lunge stretch, with arms draped over a stick
- Leg swings back and forth, side to side
- Overhead squats, doing some bouncing. 5 reps, open stance a bit
- Neck circles, underhand grip on a stick to loosen the shoulders
- Hand on the wall, fingers down, stretch
- Hand on the wall, fingers back, stretch
- Lat stretch with a band
- Shoulder dislocations
Front Squats: 45 x 8, 135 x 3, 185 x 1, 225 x 1
Single PR: 300lbs 2016-12-09
Triple PR: 255lbs 2016-12-01
275 x 1
High handle trap bar deads: 300 x 1, 345 x 1, 385 x 1
Single PR: 440lbs 2016-12-09
Triple PR: 390lbs
415 x 1
Deadlifts:
PR: 420lbs 2016-12-20
