Disclaimer: Not a great form critic.

1. Post a 5RM instead.
2. Back rounds at the begging of the lift a little. Maybe you can be tighter at the start. My favorite cue for tightness is "lats in your pockets." You can see me exaggerate that queue at 0:02 seconds here. That's a 1rm vid though, so my form is not great. Hips shoot up like a mf'er.
3. You're hyper extending a little too much for my taste.
4. These are all minor complaints, your form is honestly good enough to progress with, provided the above things don't get significantly worse.

I wanted to ask you guys something. Do you ever have dreams that you can't explain? They say dreams are influenced by your own internal struggle, day to day relations or something you read or watched prior to going to bed. Last night I dreamed that I got to meet the Pope and shake his hand. On my way out of what looked like an office building, I said "hello" to someone I used to go to school with, but haven't seen or heard from in over 15 years. In a separate dream I had, I ate a quarter stick of butter.

The only reason I can think of why I saw an old friend in a dream is that about five or six years ago I wanted to find him on ******** when I had one, and I couldn't remember his last name. I had lost my yearbook from our class and couldn't figure out who would have kept theirs.

I have dreams like this all the time. There usually is a meaning, but honestly, it's one of those things that you don't need to look too far into. It's kind of your brain reminding you about how you feel regarding certain things.

Had a dream that I became the president of the US the other night. Was just as strange.

All of my dreams I can't explain lol.

- My re-occurring dream is a dark figure coming into my room to kill me. Happens several times a month. I'm completely paralyzed in the dream and can't do anything about it. The frequency of this dream is a function of my stress level.
- To me dreams being un-explainable is totally fine since I think of it as my frontal lobes (ability to reason reasoning) are asleep, leaving my limbic system (see hippocampus aka memories) to run on a muck with fantastic bull****. That's what dreams are often immediate memories.

If I could resolve my internal struggle and end that re-occuring dream that would be great. A little breathing and relaxing before sleeping seems to help a lot.

I think the last thing he would do is strangle me over my form. He'd probably strangle me for:

1. Injuring myself.
2. Not doing a PL meet.
3. My occasional poor choices in dating.
4. My hate front squats.
5. IDK something else tho
