By "complete" I mean a just add water mix. You will see it on the box, if it doesn't say complete it needs more than water (eggs, oil).

alright weekend update.. I made the CCB muffins - turned out amazingly. I ended up trying with the P28 buckwheat pancake mix, and it worked well; batter a bit thin, so my chocolate chips all sunk to the bottom during baking. I also really like Banana, so I put in 70g My family loved them. No pics though :'( I will make em again soon and take pics.

Also, I made some CCB protein bars that turned out great. Similar to a previously posted recipe - used 60g quaker oats, 2 scoops CCB, 1 tbsp natural PB, 40g dried cherries, 20g semi-sweet chocolate chips, 40g mashed banana, and a touch of vanilla. Just put it all in a bowl, microwaved for 1.5 minutes, then put into glass pan. Put them in the freezer overnight, gave it a great consistency. I ate em all up (Sunday is the high carb day, lol)

    Macros for that one:

    68 protein
    107 carb
    21 fat
    13 fiber

    ~900 calories

Bump for recipes... did this thread die?

I have a couple in mind but its gonna be a while before I get to make them, let alone perfect them (only really get to bake on the weekend, and next couple are jam packed with travel for work/school and family gatherings)

Very interesting recipe and what does the beets do for the rest of the other ingredients? Does it enhance
the flavor or sweeten it up just curious cause I've never seen beets used in this manner.

    1. You can use them as a fat replacement (when pureed)
    2. adds moisture
    3. Enhances the chocolate flavour (would be more, however I when for a 50/50 chocolate/vanilla-ish flavour due to not having Decadent chocolate)
    4. Colour obviously lol
    5. Slight sweetness (though, not too much)

^the above recipe is one that I altered from a Vegan Brownie recipe I have been making as of late (beets have been super cheap around me lately with the winter, I enjoy them a ton, and have lots of carbs to spare these days )

OK cool thanks for the info and I also like to see certain recipes and if I'm not a fan of all the ingredients
I just alter it to my liking and I know what you mean when you can get certain things during a season at
very good prices it just makes it even better to utilize them in recipes.
