there's a couple pictures of my belly floating around on some threads I've posted for body fat estimates, i will post before and after when I'm done most likely.

I got bored so i looked at about 10 pictures of people who were lean with abs from small to large muscles and then used the average weight and divided it by the average height which gave me 2.5. If you get your height in inches and times it by 2.5 you should get a estimate of what weight you need to be to look good with abs. Mine was 190. If you never lift weights it'll be lower than 2.5 and if you lift a lot it'll be higher than 2.5.Last edited by 00101001010002; 04-12-2016 at 01:17 PM.

I had a dream last night, I held a cake in both my hands and I ate half of it in about 5 seconds then put the rest in cling film and felt bad.
Anyone wana interpret? Lol.
Edit: wow I've just been feeling worse and worse since my work out this morning, I think my body is trying to push me for a break. I may up the calories today and see if I feel any better, if not it's probably something to do with my anxiety.Last edited by 00101001010002; 04-17-2016 at 04:54 AM.

I think the sick feeling is partially to do with smoking more than usual because my electronic cigarette has died on me. Feeling much more with it now and gonna cut down to around 1800 tomorrow and see how I do. Made sure to get plenty of fats in my macro past two days to make sure my hormones arnt messed up. exercise: 30 mins boxing
A good way to christen day 50 with going back on track. Head movement, footwork, weaving, ducking and even my striking power has gotten better. Found a old electronic cigarette, threw out my new one which busted and switched back and it's so much better (although the battery is fried and doesn't last long any more) - havn't had a cigarette today, I'm going to buy another of these old ones. My muscles were burning after this boxing session which hasn't happened in a while. I really felt lethargic and apathetic today and it was so hard to push myself to go box but i did it. Now if i could just finish this personal project I'm working on it would be a perfect day for me.
