@MichielN, glad you're okay! - Just seen your location is Amsterdam, I thought only Taxi's and Bicycles existed in the Dam, didn't realise people actually drove! We went to Amsterdam a couple of years back and the roads were madness!
I'm a motorcyclist too, and spend all my days defending motorcyclists saying how they have a bad rap for a few numbskulls. Funnily, whenever my GF and I are in the car, it's always one of the douches that cuts us up and has me sighing.
Morning all! I'm spending my last day on earth as a 22 year old squatting heavy and working hard at my job, it's been a testing week but I've loved it. Looking forward to an epic Birthday meal tonight! Hope you all have swanky days

Damn at everyone sharing Guitars...
I have 2 electrics, sheepishly a strat and tele (tried everything, hated them all). Here was my Third Year Performance at Uni, where I reinterpreted Tubular Bells live... skipped to the bit where my beautiful guitar can be seen.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

That sounds hnnnngggggg
Going out for my Birthday meal tonight, can't wait. Over here our local dish is called the "Parmo". It's essentially a Chicken Breast, flattened, breadcrumbed, deep fried, bechamel sauce slammed on top, cheese on top of that, grilled, and served with chips & garlic sauce. There's a pub not too far that made the first Vegetarian one, I'm getting knees deep. It's been 8 years since my last real parmo.
Basically, this.

I'll post this in my log but since this is the main group I talk to I just wanted to say it here too.
I'm done with lifting. Thought about this long and hard, and while the decision wasn't easy, I can say I'm at peace with it.
I've been lifting since 2011, and even though I've seen great results, I no longer find the same drive in the gym before. I have nagging injuries, my hands are always callused, I have extra sweaty laundry, and I'm always sore.
Tbh, I am somewhat happy with the size I've put on over the years, but the last thing I need is to wake up in 10 years and realize I look like Ronnie Coleman.
Anyway, it is what it is, but I'm completely giving up lifting.
and of course, Happy April Fools you *******s!ig: @monkaycrak
