This thread just makes me depressed. I'm at like 12% body fat (really skinny at like 140 lbs) and I still have fat along my jaw and childish cheeks.

I'm guessing that wouldn't change if I bulked up and then cut down to like 8% BF, right?

WOW, just watched that movie, loved it reminds me of some 80s flicks I used to watch as a kid, never knew this guy was a skinny fat guy with a double chin before, he really improved his looks, looks like a completely different person in The Guest and his body was lean and he had great posture, its probably one of the best transformations I seen of an actor.

What was your nutrition like and gym routine?

Seen this thread few months ago and decided to cut.
Went from 22% to 13% but face looks the same, I still have the double chin.
Cheek bones are covered with fat, jaw line is still not defined.
How do I go from here? It's really hard to go down below 13%.

Why did my face not change at all? Burned 9% bf, don't see any change in face, only in physique.

What was your nutrition like and gym routine?

1800 cals/day for a couple years and a bro-split 3x/week plus a moderate weight full body day when everything was still too sore for another session. Eating low cals for a long period of time wasn't too bad, but I'm good at budgeting lol.

Idk why, but face never gets leaner, still have the double chin, fat cheeks, etc...
