Big thanks to ProMera again for letting me log another awesome product! I am excited to get back into the logging scene. Another thanks to my pal Lonnie.
About Me:
Hey there! Names Dillan but most people on here know me as Black. If you happened to follow my old logs you'll see that at one point I was near 400lbs! A life I plan to never see again. I am currently sitting at 199.6! This is my lowest weight EVER! I plan to keep cutting until about 180 - 185lbs. I won't know until I get there. I hope you enjoy my log (and Pinoyballas) and follow me throughout my journey.
Diet:
So as mentioned above, I am cutting. I am aiming for a 1-2lbs loss per week. Mon - Saturday I am quite strict on my foods. I eat pretty clean those days. Come Sunday I eat less strict. Sunday is my "cheat" day. I allow myself to eat 1 or 2 meals that are not always beneficial to my diet but it keeps me sane the rest of the week. I will share my pics and food I consume throughout this log on here. If you're interested in my macros and activity, follow my links in my signature
Training:
Because I am eating in a deficit I am using a strength building/preserving plan. My goal is to keep my strength up or even build it while I lose weight so when I get to my goal weight I can just move into a PPL routine and get that muscle going. I am using the StrongLifts 5x5 plan at the moment and will be posting my lifts in here. Hope you enjoy this log! I know I will

Thanks man! It's crazy to see how in some of my earlier logs back at the end of 2013 I was topping over 300lbs and even into the 340 range and to look at where I am now is almost unbelievable. Saying I wanted to get below 220 was one thing but actually getting to it and then under that weight is just crazy. It feels so good though

Thanks man, plan to hit it some more!
I'd like to think I've become "handsomer" after the weight loss. I can see it and the pictures show it well too. Thanks for the ego boost :P
