workout sucks balls on a slight deficit? i've seen some people turn out some great workouts while cutting.

Word of advice: Progress is not linear. You are not going to hit a new PR every single workout, even on a bulk.
You'll hit plateaus and just have off days at times where you don't perform as well as you expect. Have patience and keep at it.It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

What exactly am I taking too seriously my diet? I just explained why I don't wanna go too deep into a bulk and end up having a long cut. My training? I've been making linear gains on this bulk, so I got a lil mad I didn't this time, especially natty a wasted day is rough, I can't just go back in the next day and try again.
