It sounds like you've been following this "program" for 2 weeks.

I've been following it for a few months, however I encountered some issues with form that I didn't address properly when I started the program, so I had to reduce the weights, fix the form and basically restart

    Are you following it now?

    Where are the log updates?

One of things I've noticed with this supposed program is that not one person that has posted in here, even the ones who said it was working for them, have been willing/able to show or keep a log/journal. Well, I remember one guy who had a log, but he made basically no progress and then quit even though he told us he was already doing well lol

So your input would be helpful

Yeah I'm still following it. How often would you like me to update my log/journal? I was thinking of updating it each time the weight goes up in each of my lifts, but I can update it each session with what weights I did for each lift and how it felt? I'm gonna be carrying on this program until I'm at around 100kg squats or so

A good journal will be updated with the weight, sets, reps, approximate rest times, notes, etc, every time you train.

Sure thing, I'll do that (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are my training days). I don't have time for more than 3 sessions a week currently due to college, but I'll update the log in the evenings of those days including all the information you requested.

I'm 16 5 foot 6 and 138 lbs about, would this routine Suit me? Also in the UK if you're under 18 you can't use barbells, gyms don't allow it, so how do I overcome this? I've been to the gym once in my life, thanks.

This is actually a really good alternative, and I happen to be one of those people that can train sort of frequently without feeling drained, but I stopped because I didn't want my body to break or something (my tendons/ligaments/joints seem small).

Same this program helped me reach my weightloss goals.

I did modify it and I know I added more than the average person will care to do, but I did 4x a week sometimes 5, and on off days I would run as long as I could, eventually I was up to 3miles a day after the first couple months.

Also I would do 2-3 miles on elliptical (Easier starting out when you're overweight) before workout, I remember my first day I could only do .5 miles on it lol pathetic. but I was doing 3.5 miles a day within the first month.
Belief without evidence is a fools game.

Can I know why the tricep isolation is on Workout B? Wouldn't it make more sense to do it in Workout A since you bench that day? Also, what are the expected lifts of the three major exercises (BS, BP, DL) to move on to an intermediate routine?

Wow.. a 600lb+ deadlift. That is awesome! I am stuck at 425 at the moment. I find it strange because I can pull 425 pretty good, but for some reason 435 I can't even get off the ground?? I started doing a lot of power cleans, and deficit lifts, I'm hoping it helps. Ive been dreaming of a 5 plate deadlift. Ha!
