Hey all,
Usually I'm very good with routines and what not myself but i require assistance now.
I'm looking for a new routine, i have vast experience with others such as ICF5x5, Serge Nubret's routine.. blah blah blah.
I'm currently on a slightly modified 5x5 with isolated exercised which is proving great for my strength, now i want to revert back to hypertrophy training.
I have put some research into the FST-7 Training routine and the German Volume Training routine.
I am unsure if either of those will be good, anyone got any experience with them? Have you got a set routine for either of those methods that i could follow?
Or, even better, if you know of a better routine for gaining muscle mass, then please, post below and let me know.
