Dash Splenda (3g)
Dash Baking Powder (3g)
Dash Trader Joes Pumpkin Pie Spice (2g)
Dash Cinnamon (2g)

Remove and let cool for 5 minutes, and spread Cream Cheese Filling along center of the roll.
SLOWLY Roll up and use toothpicks to hold pumpkin roll. Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 400 degrees until roll finishes cooking.

I've noticed your various pancakes in here. What's your base recipe? I like to make protein pancakes and freeze them for a quick breakfast when I'm in a hurry. My concoctions thus far have all tasted good, but yours look a lot fluffier. Mine have been more crepe-like TBH.

Busy Bee Bakery round 2-
Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Filled ($ shot included per request)
Apple Fritter
Burger from a gas station I drive by every day... was curious so I checked it out and glad I did; $3.49 with fries and they make to order, actually incredibly fresh ingredients for being a 'Hole in the Wall' place. They even dunked the bun into melted butter before tossing it on the grill to toast in the bacon grease; stupid good food!

Graeter's Black Cherry Chocolate Chip
http://theicecreaminformant.freeforu...chocolate-chip
Graeter's hasn't incorporated any of the natural tartness of actual cherries; only their sweetness. Although this base will not top Black Raspberry, it's not very far behind either. Picture taking the jam of a cherry and infusing it into a very rich & sweet cherry flavored, base and that is what Graeter's offers in Black Cherry Chocolate Chip. Combine this great base with their signature chocolate chips and you have another classic offering on the Graeter's line. While the base does not top Black Raspberry in my opinion this is something you should consider scooping. Even coming from a guy who is not a massive cherry fan this was a great change of pace.

Chacha: what are those meat sticks? haha, look good regardless
Sorry, just coming on this thread now, honestly; I am still trying to figure out "my recipe" they have all been different lol. very similar, but different. Mine are not "Protein" pancakes, just regular ones lol (other than I think 1 that I posted) as I always eat something else protein packed with these (sandwich, omelet etc) or top it with greek yogurt sludge.
Crepe like? too much liquid would be my guess. I always use a combination of regular flour and Instant pancake mix, plus add in ~1tsp baking powder. I have been whipping my eggwhites to a stiff peak too as of late. Sorry I can't be more help but I am trying to find ways to make them fluffy, doughy, and good volume!
- I really need to start paying attention more to how much I put in the recipe vs just eat etc. (for example I pour 1cup of milk, add what I want for recipe, drink the rest lol).
*mine are high carb, low protein (still come out to~30g). Pumpkin pancakes, I have only made 1 batch that I REALLY enjoyed, the other ones weren't "dense" enough (i think that is the word I want, just not doughy enough for my liking).
Protein pancakes I'd go with Chef Bob, so many different recipes, very similar, just a little different.
One of the Best protein chef's out there, I guarantee it!
and by "a ton", he has a boat load! more than just pancakes"Weights, Plates... Determining My own Fate": http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=164857211
