big shoutout to cheftepush and the people over at prime nutrition for giving me the opportunity to log test boost. I will be running this for the next 30 days alongside my regular supplementation of glutamine, creatine, isolate protein, cla, aminos,waxy maize, humapro, and zma. I am 24 years old 5'10 200 lbs and appx 10% body fat. I'm looking to see some strength and lean mass gains. I eat macros of approximately 357 protein, 322 carbs, 48 fats equaling 3107 calories. These obviously fluctuate on non workout days dropping to about 2600.
As far as training I am just starting phase 2 of German volume training so now instead of 2 excercises at 10 sets of 10 and a few burn outs at the end I will be increasing the weight appx 40% and going 10 sets of 6 reps.
Looking forward to giving this a try and I'll let you know how it goes! Follow along and feel free to ask questions!

Tried tet boost for the first time yesterday mixed in in about 8oz of water. Mixed very easily. I received watermelon flavor and taste was spot on pretty tastey. I trained arms and shoulders yesterday for German volume training. This consisted of drag curls and reverse grip bench for 10x6 followed up by some burnout sets on the push down machine, rear felt fly, and delt lift machine. Obviously no strength increases yet but I'm looking forward to the weeks to come!

I think the non overbearing taste is what I love so much! May be a little pricey but the quality and taste is far superior to other intra/ post workouts

Today was my second workout while using test boost. Today was chest and back on German volume training.
Lowest incline bench with Dumbbells
10x6- 95lb Dumbbells
Bent over barbell rows
10x6- 205lbs
Finishers:
Cable flys 3x15
Good mornings 3x15
Pull downs 3x15
Honestly felt a little stronger. Obviously I'm gonna call placebo effect being that I've been using this only a few days now but hey never know! But overall great workout gonna feel this one the next two daysBetancourts glutamine plus

Leg day for German volume today. In phase two it's miserable 10x6 of front squats and 10x6 for leg curls. 3 finishers were 3x15 calf press at highest weight possible, leg extensions 3x15, and lunges 12 each side 3 sets.

Why a great arm workout. Barely even felt fatigued today
10x6 drag curls 100lb barbell
Superset with:
10x6 reverse grip bench 205lbs
Finishers were:
Delt raise machine 3x15
Rear fly machine 3x15
Push down machine 3x15

Oh man, I should really throw in drag curls again. Been going heavy for high rep sets on curls, my tendons are all fuaked at this point :P

The thing I love about drag curls is that it seems to take the stress of the biceps since you're pulling back from the elbows. Gives a fantastic pump muscles get full but don't tire as you'd expect from isolated bicep movements

So yesterday was an awesome workout. I definitely felt like my strength was up. It was back/chest day for gvt
10x6 incline bench 100Dumbbells
10x6 bent over rows 225lbs
No fatigue through these sets. Blasted through my finisher sets which were flys, good mornings, and pull downs.
I am definitely feeling stronger and cutting down without loosing any strength or muscle. I'm losing fat and my strength is growingBetancourts glutamine plus

Legs were today. Gvt again. But since I've been feeling stronger decided to push my weights on the increases this week.
Front squat
10x6 225lbs
Leg curls
10x6 160lbs
Finishers remained the same with leg extensions calf presses and walking lunges.
Honestly I made it through the workout today. I did 205 for my 60 front squats last week so I took an ambitious 20lb leap(this is my 3rd week in phase 2 get). So I surprised myself and crushed it today. My strength is really improving and I'm definitely feeling fuller and more pumped consistently.Betancourts glutamine plus
