Moving back to NM!? What about the new job you got at work? Are you changing jobs too or just moving? Is the move far from work?
Sorry to hear you're sick again! Hoping the toe and the sickness gets better all at the same time so when you're back at it you can go all out!Team Cookies Give You Superpowers

Sooooooo.........yeeeeaaahhhhh Umm where to begin.
The move isn't happening, the house we had lined up fell through and the job situation was not panning out. We are staying here in the mean time since work picked up out here and I still have mine.
I was a bit creeped out by the potential land lady, she called med up and asked a lot of questions that had zero bearing on our renting the house. Then she asked if she could see my ******** and as Lori knows I can post some pretty crude bit funny things. I was like seriously why does she need to see that?
Last night we didn't sleep very well because the guy my husband used to play in a band with decided that it was cool to start texting him at 11pm. Dude got pissed because he got kicked out of the band he was playing with and they approached hubby to fill in vocals for a couple of shows. He ended up calling the cops and filling a harassment charge to get him to stop texting him.
I've gotten a few work outs in, 15 lbs away from a 100 lb bench
Liam's started potty training. Yesterday he asked to go use the potty by himself and twice so far today. I'm proud of my little guyIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Silly life and it's constant changing!
Yeah I don't know if I'd let anyone see my FB for anything like that. That's not the point of FB. FB is for socializing and silliness, and liking things that reflect your personality and such, not something anyone should see in terms of renting houses :/ That is really crazy, lol! I'd be like "I'm out!" Who wants to live in a place that demands that kind of thing anyway? No thanks!
15lbs away from 100 on bench is awesome

Yeah, I've never been asked for that bit apparently it's becoming more common for even employers to ask to see it.
Right now my working sets on the big lifts are 165lbs deadlift, 85lbs bench, 65lbs OHP and 165lbs on rack pulls. I switched to box squats and hit it up for 135lbs so things aren't too shabby for weeks between lifting lol. Deads and rack pulls are stalled due to grip issues, I have no issues getting the weight off the floor but my grip fails close to lock out.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

I have some pics and videos that I want to post later but doing update now.
For the most part workouts are going good. Bench is a little iffy on the last couple reps so sticking with 85lbs till they look better. Deads and rack pulls are stuck, need to work on my grip but happy with form. I'm a little sad though, I do not look like lift at allIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Holy faurk! Haven't seen you for a while! Glad to see you back Vids are coming up, I have the attempt at 165lbs for deads and a set of 5 at 155lbs to compare. I can get it off the ground but lock out is compromised since I feel like I'm gonna drop the damn bar. Curse my tiny hands :P

Okay, here are the vids I promised. Pardon my fatness
First off bench. I know the last two reps look rough but I am making it a point to push myself since in the past I have held back all for the sake of form. I understand that to a point its good but when it hinders progress its bad.
Next is OHP. This lift is hit or miss, not moving it up till I hit 65x5 two workouts in a row. I will start doing increases with 2lbs instead of 5lbs since I know going right to 70lbs will not happen.
[youtue]watch?v=BneFh2xKfhE[/youtube]
Last are the deads. Like I mentioned the 165lbs goes off the floor ok but it feels like I will lose the bar after I get it above the knee. The plan is to work on this with the rack pulls and just trying to pick it up every deadlift day.
Bout read to hit up rack pulls and bench today. Might have a new vid to see if form improves. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Love your music E, everything on your vids is always on my ipod too.
Bench - I'm not right there so I don't know for sure, but it looks like the jhooks (whatever da fuk those are called that the bar racks on) is set a tad too high. Mine are pretty damn low so I can get my shoulder blades and everything set, and when I unrack it I lift the bar up a few inches at least, found it very awkward to be almost reaching for it. Good to push yourself for sure. Do you have enough room to scoot back a little to begin with? Thinking if you need to bail on a rep, looks like you would miss the safeties from where you're positioned. (Source - have failed bench reps many many times and was happy as hell to have safeties available. )
DL - yep rack pulls should help you fix that right up. I do believe getting used to the heavy bent over bb row helps a lot with that too. It's good practice for your body being in more of a upper half of a DL stance while keeping your back straight. Not sure if you have those in your routine, but even if you do I suggest doing extra rows - it's one of the most useful IMO and you can't do too much of it. I <3 Rows

My playlist is name Workout Rage Music
I lowered the the Jhooks and things went more smoothly, I was wondering if it was too high
Last rack pull day I was able to lift the the 165lbs but needed to go back to a less wide grip.
Yep. Me an conventional do not mix very well lol. I will try sitting back today and get some vids up.
Going to hit up DL and some Bi's today and post some vids from my last bench day and todays DL. Also epic life post gonna happen to.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

If all goes well in the next couple of months it will all be worth it. Oh and switched Internet service and uploading vids to youtube went from 40-50 minutes to just under 5 dat is mayne.

Gonna get lifting stuff outta the way.
Vids from tonight
165lbs rack pull
85lb bench
100lb bench!!!
Faurk yeah!!! Even though it was singlton I'z proud of myself
ageme
Now to life crap:
We asked our property management if it was ok for us to stay since the job opportunity fell through in NM for hubby. They say yeah its fine, this was at the end of Feb. We were waiting on the lease and last week we email them asking where it is and they were said still waiting on the owner to answer back. Last Thursday we get and email saying never mind we can't extend the lease because the owner is moving back and wants the house April 1st. Apparently the owner doesn't check her email because she didn't tell anyone that she was moving back but the property management sided with us and told her if we need to give 60 days notice so does she. She agreed so we thought all was ok because we would be signing a 2 month lease so we can get our sh!t in order. Our actually lease was up yesterday and the stupid property management hasn't sent us the lease for the 2 months. At this point the owner could show up with the police and evict us if she wants to. Not happy at all.
We decided to check into buying so we don't have to deal with this crap. Find out my credit is good to go to qualify for down payment assistance but hubbies is a few points shy and I need his income to qualify for the loan amount It's like one thing after another. Been contacting houses to rent and not a single one has called us back. It's like being in a real sh!tty limbo and I hate it.
At least my workouts have been getting better and tonight I felt so strong it was awesomeasuce! If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Hell yeah dudette!! Excellent, pins look to be set up perfect and form looks damn good to me!
Holy crap at them expecting you to move with no notice, yeah that is illegal for sure. Man it sucks to rent, such a waste of money, and in my area it is only slightly more for mortgage payments so it's money well spent if you can buy. It was a giant PITA going through all the financing/background/credit checks when I did it, took a long long time. I would think maybe his score could get nudged up those couple points in a few months as long as nothing negative hits it? Not exactly sure how that works but it seems like those scores can fluctuate a bit in a semi short time.Current PRs:

Thanks Ham I was fuk it I'm gonna try since I feeling all saucy and what not lol.
Yeah, we would rather be buying right now but it just seems like life is conspiring against us. At least the twunt property management finally sent us that stupid lease.
For the internet service we went from Century Link which is through phone lines to Cox which is cable. It's crazy how fast the upload speed is, it takes 2-3 minutes to upload my vids to youtube. Also has to upgrade the modem and wireless router, we found out that will throttle the fuk out of your speed. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Woooot!!! Congrats on the 100lb bench I read this days ago and thought I responded but I didn't
Renting does suck, but unfortunately sometimes it's the only route you can take. I hate the thought of throwing all our money out the window from renting for the next few years but it can't be helped :/ Sounds like you guys aren't too far away from buying though In another two years you'll probably be in the position to do so and that's not bad at allTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

I am excited to hit body weight on bench Might take a bit but I will get there!
For us it's a matter a few measly points on Hubbies credit score to qualify for a grant to cover down payment and closing costs. That's the most frustrating thing and can't improve it in time either. Oh well next year.
Ok, I'm gonna need some help because lawd save me I'm entering in the deadlift challenge. I know I won't win or anything but it will be a nice incentive to get my butt in gear and get over 200lbs soon
I'm thinking of 531 again. I plan on trying to pull my max tomorrow and film that for my entry or maybe I'm going about that stupidly, I don't know never lifted for power lifting before! If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Is that a DL challenge in the Misc again? Unaware as I have not been on here much lately. Will enter though if that's the case, always a good chance at winning a nice little stash of free sups. Echo you have a good chance at placing in those, srs. Lots of people get knocked out due to a form issue of some sort. Get a beautiful DL entry in there and go for it!

I'm still alive, kinda. Got sick over two weeks ago and just now feeling better. Haven't done a workout in forever but plan on it tonight. Lots of good stuff happening though:
I got a new car that I absolutely love, traded in my little Elantra for a nice mid size SUV with a V6 engine. Maybe now the stupid drivers here won't mess with me because I have a small car lol. We are moving in June, got a sweet deal on a 3000 plus sq foot house with a hot tub. Too bad its already in the mid 90s here otherwise I would be in that bitch every night after lifting. It also has a three car garage so MOAR space to get a piece of cardio equipment and maybe a tbar or hack squat machine. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
