Make sure you arch your back in dedlifts..
Flare your elbows as wide as you can on bench and bounce the bar off of your chest the bruising will help it grow.
If you feel pain in your shoulders go heavier it is a sign that they want to grow.
Always make sure your wrist are bent doing curls, it will help stabilize.
Good form is like wearing a belt squatting or wrist wraps benching, yeah it might help you a bit and make it easier but in the end you are just cheating yourself.

"bodyweight crunches are for fat burning, you need to do weighted crunches"
Although weighted crunches are a good idea, this fella had absolutely no concept of resistance, and that bodyweight is enough for people just starting out. And lol at spot reducing fatsoundcloud.com/elomole

lol.
He came with so much more gems that he could easily get a Bachelor's degree of Brotology. I kept it short but with him its now best to just nod and not even bother. He claims to have all that diet knowledge for example and brags about it but the other day he goes:
Him: Subway is good fast food for you.
Me: Wut? No its not. Not to mention the poverty sandwich they offers...
Him: ''getting pissed'' Well at least you can add lots of veggies to it.
Me: So? I can put as many veggies as I want on a turd but in the end its still going to be a turd with a side of veggies...
He dind't know what to say so he got angry and wanted to fight me (like fist fight) lawd. Poor dude has issues so I just agreed with him and walked away. Fuk him. Not my problem is ego won't get out of the way.
To stay on the Subway example. I then try to tell him about IIFYM and how the only way it would be ok to get it is if you follow that kind of dieting. I lost him after 30second when I try explaining it to him. Me personally I don't follow iifym but I know lots of people are getting result from it so its still up there in the different dieting style.

Told me to stop doing pullups because it doesn't work my back and I need to do compound movements instead.
Wtf is more compound than weighted pullups??????The best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.
(It fuarkin means people pushed me to try harder in order to disappoint them, you idiots.)

Alternatively, you get a more thorough stretch in the lats if you let the grips go to your toes in the release movement of cable rows. You can somewhat flair the lats out, then pull the weight toward you using all of your lats.
Yes, it will look like you're using your lower back to pull the weight to your abdomen, but if you feel the squeeze of the lats throughout the pulling movement the actual use of the lower back is minimal.
