TorreTornado, I said your name somewhere on the last day may be I talked about your 12 weeks challenge. Can you transform yourself like her at age 30. Of all the bodybuilders why only one wins when all of them look similar ? I had the same natural body at age 23 and age 33 but my hairs are turning white. If there are any dreams that you saw yourself that way then you can make it. I said your name and your 12 weeks challenge even before I know this website or you. There is something you are going to fascinate.

Photo 1: 154 lbs, around 6% body fat. Straight on picture.
Photo 2: 168 lbs, around 7% body fat. Straight on picture.
Photo 4: 168 lbs, same body fat, same day. Flexing both biceps. Gained a lot of muscle.

Beginner female lifter
I joined the gym 6 weeks ago as well as researching different diets, information on macro and just general nutrition. Admittedly, I have lived most of my life so far eating a lot of carbs, fats and especially sugar- thankfully it doesn't show too much due to metabolism working to an extent. Although now I am seeking a healthier lifestyle and diet. It's only been 6 weeks, but I have had 100% clean days as well as binge days but training has been comparatively consistent.
