It was pretty solid overall. Each of the exercises has pictures of him performing them which I haven't uploaded. The diet section is very 1970's/80's in mentality. He also has sections on fashion and personal hygiene and skincare which I haven't seen in other bb books or articles.Originally Posted by TheIronAsylum

One of the nicest physics out there, I have to say I don't think I've ever seen a gayer looking bodybuilder, if he's straight i'd be shocked.

Super old thread, I know. But he was the best. I'm curious of what his workout was like in this book? He usually did a PUSH PULL Legs.
